Abstract:The paper describes the encoding of MBE and the function of AMBE2000 briefly, and a set of telephone terminal system is designed based on AMBE2000 circuits of telephone user interface. Phonic PCM digital-encoding and the circuits supported by AMBE2000 are given.

Abstract:This paper introduces the design of a voice communication system based on the AMBE-2000TM vocoder chip.The analog head-end input and output interface circuit of the AD73311 is given.Experiment shows that the voice system can get a superior voice quality in low data rate speech.Some notable issues in circuit design are also pointed out.

Abstract:A low-end baseband system of digital interphone conforming to dPMR446 standard is introduced in the paper.Vocoder chip AMBE2000 and digital PMR processor CMX7141 are adopted in the design,and 8051 works as the microcontroller in order to reduce cost.Experiment results show that the system realizes digital conversation,and provides clear voice service with high reliability at a low cost.

Abstract:The system can automatically identify the information on cards and convert it to DTMF(Double Tune Multiple Frequency) signals using bar code technology. With the electric characteristics matching, the scheme of the interface between bar code scanner and DTMF IC was developed using 89C51 as the control and interface core. The bar code coding standard was prescribed and the method to gain the power supply from telephone line was also introduced.

Abstract:With the packet exchange principle,IPPBX can realize the functions of the traditional PBX on Ethernet and overcome the insufficiency of traditional PBX effectively. It has powerful functions,comprehensive services with less cost. The typical networking mode of IPPBX is introduced in this paper. The design principles of each module system MPC8250 hardware system based on IPPBX and the software system of the system are given. The protocol conversion software of main con?trol module is also analyzed. The test result shows that the system can achieve simultaneous processing of 200 calls and its voice quality is excellent.

Abstract:MDF remote intelligent supervisor system reduces administrators redundance and facilitates concentrating management of the distributed switching offices,which monitors malfunction of the remote office and transfers the messages to the center office. This system adopted ARM7TDMI-S3C44B0X as main processor produced by SAMSUNG Corp. The communication method between center machine and the remote one is based on Ethernet. The paper elaborates the system scheme and the realization of network communication.

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of low-cost, short-range and realtime wireless voice communications, this paper proposes a central base station wireless voice communication system. In accordance with the needs of the system, The Central base station and the end nodes which adopted embedded processor ATMega128L as MCU, RF chip CC2500, codec CMX649 and LCD, power circuit as peripheral equipments was introduced. The design of system structure,hardware,software and communication protocols was discussed in detail,and the system adopts voice data double buffering mechanism.When RF chip is setted 250kbps and codec is setted 16 kbps,the test results show that the double buffer size is setted to more than 40B the wireless voice quality can be greatly improved.

Abstract:An alarm system of acousto-optic voice on master station and extended station is designed by PIC16F877A chips,and that system is stable and reliable,safe and encrypted.The master station can be connected to communicate with 20 extended stations,which are differentiated with each other by the dialing-up of a dial switch,and 6 kinds of alarm types are supported by every extended station.The 485 communication mode is adopted between master station and extended station,and the optical transmitter and receiver are used to transmit alarm signal between master station and every pair of extended stations,of which the transmit distance can reach 200 kilometer.

Abstract:In this paper, a CDMA acoustic communication system for multiuser based on hardware platform is developed. The sound card in the computer with sound box and microphone is used as the energy transduction to accomplish acoustic communication. For the hardware part, DS18B20 is taken for example as the data source to generate the original signals and MAX232 chip is adopted to connect the MCU to the RS-232 port in the computer. For the software part, MATLAB is used to accomplish reading and writing of the serial port data and carry out algorithms such as spread spectrum and modulation based on QPSK-CDMA (Quadrature Phase Shift Keying-Code Division Multiple Access). MMVARI is adopted to drive the sound card to form the acoustic signals from the digital data. The experimental results indicate good quality of the communication system.

Abstract:To solve the problem of ambient noise、 echo,and equipment instability in current audio network transmission systems,a new embedded audio network transmission system was designed.This system is based on ARM9 embedded processor S3C2410,ARM Linux operation system,CS8900 network chip,UDA1341 CODEC and uses a new chip FM1182 for voice processing which serves to do noise suppression and echo cancellation.The relevant hardware circuits and the software implementation process were shown while a key voice buffer algorithm to improve the audio quality was introduced.

Abstract:This paper presents a variable-rate speech coding at 800 bps, 1.2 kbps and 2.4 kbps based on the algorithm of multi-band excitation (MBE). It takes the advantages of MBE algorithm in pitch estimation, UV decision and the estimation of spectral amplitude vector. The main difficulty of at the low bit rate of the MBE algorithm lies in an efficient quantization of the spectral amplitude vector. The technique of linear prediction (LP) is used, and the spectral amplitude vectors are approached by an all-pole model with formants to be enhanced. The techniques of vector quantization (VQ) is adopted to quantize the LP parameters. The split-VQ (SPVQ), and multi-stage VQ (MSVQ) are employed to reduce the storage capacity and computing complexity, and max-min method is used to accelerate the searching of the VQ codebook. The 800 bps, 1.2 kbps and 2.4 kbps vocoder has been implemented in real-time using a single fixed point DSP ADSP2181 chip. The synthesized speech of this vocoder is clear and intelligible even in the presence of background noise at 80 dB. The speech quality of this vocoder has reached the current international level

Abstract:With the development of military communication and mobile communication,the researches of source coding on low-bit rate and high performance in complex channel condition attract more and more attention.A novel speech coding algorithm is proposed based on MBE(Multi-Band Excitation).The algorithm protects important parameters by exploiting the redundancy of information source and adopts harmonic enhancement for speech synthesis.With no extra bandwidth consumption,the performance of speech coding in anti channel-error-code and synthesis has improved significantly.Experiments show that,in the condition of channel error rates ranging from 1% to 3%,the PESQ score has improved about 14% on average.

Abstract:An adaptive delta modulator and demodulator are used as the first and last stages in a system for coding and decoding telephone signals into μ = 255 companded pulse code modulation (PCM). The system objectives are to devise an economic coder and decoder that is reliable, free of potentiometer adjustments, and convenient for automated manufacturing for large quantity production. The strategy is a shift of circuit emphasis from analog to digital in order to take full advantage of low-cost, low-speed digital processing technology such as MOS/LSI to achieve the desired objectives. The system structure, digital signal processing, system implementation, and performance of the prototype are discussed in this paper.
