Times Change and the Development of the Theory and Practice of International Communications in China

Abstract:Ever since the founding of the People's Republic of China,great contributions of communications have been made,so have certain mistakes.This paper discusses the development history of communications and its relation with times change.On this basis,the paper makes the theoretical demonstration in four aspects: the debate of the concepts of international and international communications,the coordination of domestic overall situation and overseas whole prospect,significant negative events at home and their first external reporting,and the differences in ideology between China and foreign countries and external publicity strategies.
