Abstract:Through Temperature analysis of the infrared camera at the atmospheric pressure plasma processing of fused silica upon the flow of helium and processing time,the relationship was got between the flow of Helium and processing time and the plasma temperature.With the increase of the flow of helium flow,it was found that the Plasma temperature increase to the peak followed by decreases.With the increase of the process time,stability is remained after the temperature increases to a certain temperature range.
