To do this, select the control point of the key parts of the construction works, construction quality control methods and measures for key positions, from the quality control point in addition to meet the quality control requirements in accordance with the general site construction when elaborated higher requirements need its special control measures.

Abstract:For the polymer production industries,the competitive edge will come from the technology that excels in controlling the polymer quality in a consistent way over the entire plant.The state of the art quality control systems of polymer production plant is reviewed,with the main focus on on–line soft–sensing and optimal grade transition control problems.It is proposed that the most important factor in developing an intelligent quality control system is quality modeling and implementing plant–wide quality estimation and control is beneficial.Finally,some open problems and potential development trends of the field are pointed out.

Abstract:Quality evaluation plays a very important part in Design For Quality (DFQ). Based on the concept of two types of quality and the model of DFQ by M.Morup, the author discusses four basic elements of quality evaluation in DFQ such as objects, rules or knowledge, valuator and scheduling (for the progress of desgin). This paper presents an elementary model of the quality evaluation process. This new model is focus the elementary strategy on activity planning, task representation and information organization which relate the quality evaluation process in order to make them simplification and more effective. It proposes a framework of computer aided quality evaluation system (CAQES) by using object-oriented techiques.

Abstract:With the improvement of comprehensive development level, civil engineering is perceived a promoted position in the development of the whole market economy in China. Civil engineering is an important link for building construction. Good civil engineering construction management ensures the overall engineering quality control level. Through the reasonable analysis of construction standards, construction contents and construction steps of civil engineering, the actual construction control and management methods of civil engineering are defined, the effective control scheme of civil engineering quality is analyzed, and reasonable suggestions for solving problems are put forward, so as to realize effective control and management of civil engineering construction quality in China. This paper makes an analysis of the actual construction control and fully studies the measures and schemes of the actual construction quality control to improve the management efficiency of the construction quality control of civil engineering.

Abstract:Surveying engineering is an essential ingredient to the assurance of quality in a constructed project. This paper addresses the responsibilities and tasks required prior to and during the constructed project. Project concept, planning, design, and the construction phase of a project in each phase does need special surveying concepts and specifications. Specific survey requirements are defined and detailed for each phase. The need for peer reviews in establishing engineering survey requirements vary by the type of survey needed during the work phase. A construction project is not completed until proper postconstruction surveys and documentation is complete. The paper details project minimum requirements and their longrange importance in the life of a completed project.

Abstract:Proved by engineering practice,invalidation of process can not be forecasted by engineering process control,and optimal manufacturing quality in the process can not be guaranteed.The features of STA,SPC and EPC were outlined during the manufacturing quality control,a process control system which integrated STA,EPC and SPC was put forward.The informational system interface technique,the intelligent integration technique and the harmonious control technique were studied.The integrated technique and the quality guaranteed technique were analyzed through a specific manufacturing process example.The results show that the application of this technique guarantees not only the need of individual parameter,but also the distribution regulation of the group of a same parameter.The quality of manufacturing process can be markedly improved.

Abstract:The data of resistant to stress of concrete strength has been collected in construction engineering.The static state to keep the square diagram analysis method and the dynamic state single value respectively-move very bad method have been adopted in quality control of the concrete strength.The assessment using static state analysis method has advantages of direct perception on the concrete strength as well as simple.Under the same concrete design strength,the molds are dismantled with different time will resulted in changing of assurance rate of the concrete strength corresponding to the changing of assurance rate coefficient t,because of the influence of various uncertainties. The single value control method aims verifying the process of concrete strength quality,when R_s>5.0 MPa,the quality and bone of the concrete material to anticipate of contain the amount of water variety should be adjusted,while R_m>2.5 MPa,the creation method and the possibility of molding tool deformation should be checked.

Abstract:In this article, authors study the four characteristics of concrete buildings during construction. They are complex of procedures, transition and mar of procedural product, and time dependent of concrete buildings during construction. Furthermore, a new system of quality management and control of concrete buildings during construction is proposed. It combines processes quality management with protection of processes product. The result of engineering applying showed that this system helps to improve the engineering quality.
