Abstract:Abstract With the development of Chinese society, the era of big data and the increasing informatization, information and scientific systems have gradually formed in various fields and enterprises, but the process of improving company management has also received great challenges. Especially in the engineering cost industry, to comply with the requirements of the times, it is necessary to change the previous management method, but the era of big data has also brought new opportunities and opportunities to engineering cost management. The goals of the engineering cost industry, how companies can fully use the advantages of big data in engineering costs, solve related problems, and improve the overall social and economic benefits by means of data and information technology have become in-depth discussion questions. The purpose of this article is to study the problem of information management of engineering cost in the era of big data. By establishing a unified cost data collection standard on the basis of big data, the quality of data collection is improved, which facilitates the classification and processing of subsequent data, increases the source of data collection, and improves the quality of data. Improve the competitiveness of project cost management. Strengthen data mining and analysis, lower the threshold of data management, so that more project cost management staff can master. Based on the analysis of the needs of the platform, the frontline project cost personnel of the construction unit and the engineering cost consulting unit were the main survey objects, and it was found that most people have not worked for five years. Abstract:Based on the study of state-of-art and detailed analysis ofcomplex technical product, a life-cycle cost information model is established and a Computer Aided Cost Engineering System(CACES) for evaluating the cost elements of a product during its design phase is under development. The relations among its subsystems, namely the cost modeling, cost optimization and cost analyzing are explored and the key techniques of CACES, such as expert system and knowledge engineering are discussed. Case study of hydraulic excavator shows that the CACES approach is feasible and effective.

Abstract:As there are many factors that can affect the cost of the engineering, engineering cost management is a complex and dynamic management process. There exist many problems in current engineering cost management. For example, it can't be visualized; the data can't be shared; management and practice are out of touch and other deficiencies. Through BIM technology, the engineering management database platform can be built; through the data analysis software, engineering data sharing, dynamic management and visual management of engineering cost in the whole process can be achieved. Abstract:The determination of engineering project cost (PC) is one of the important contents of engineering project management, but the estimation of engineering cost (EC) generally has the disadvantages of large error and long preparation time. With the continuous development of computer science, big data technology is one of the very popular research topics. The purpose of this article is to study the EC information management(IM) system based on big data. This article analyzes the cost information collection, cost information storage, platform function maintenance and other aspects of the PC information management platform(IMP), combines the hadoop technology to build the PC IMP, and tests the acceleration status and system operation efficiency under the hadoop technology to realize the construction of EC IMP, and then meet the actual needs of EC IM and information control. The experimental results show that in the relatively small amount of data, the number of data nodes increases, and the processing speed index gradually increases. In the case of a large amount of data, the acceleration ratio is positively correlated with the data nodes. The operating efficiency of the hadoop cluster will gradually increase, and the operating status is relatively stable. When the amount of data is 1 million and the number of nodes is 4, the running time is 10 seconds.
