Abstract:This paper introduces the working principles of parallel resonance superaudio induction heating power supply,analyzes major factors which effect the phase tracing in operating mode.In order to solve the problem about the variety of negative voltage on the diode series with IGBT,a circuit was designed to implement the negative voltage control.The operating principle,circuit design and experiment results are introduced.
