Abstract:A control technique using phase locked loop(PLL)for ultrasonic induction heating power supply is presented.With the LPF function of PLL,the inverter has a much smoother switching process between external-exciting and self-exciting.The delay loop applied in the PLL not only compensates the inherent delay of the control circuit but also enables the inverter to have an accurate trigger time of lead.
