Abstract:This paper introduces the using actuality of ERP in printing industry,and then analyzes some possible causes of the difficulties for printeries to implement ERP.To reduce these difficulties,we put forward our scheme: to implement ERP by partly customing a model which is flexible,universal,robust.The kernel of our scheme is the capability to rebuild physical structure and to implement dynamic procedure.We discuss the logical structure in detail which could be a reasonable scheme for the implementation of ERP system in some field.

Abstract:Product Structure Management is the core of both ERP system and PDM system and is necessary and important to manufacturing information engineering. A PSM system example aimed at practical project has been developed in the paper to present its function and key technology of developing. This system realized its integration between I-DEAS and MRPII besides other conventional molding functions such as creating and modifying BOM, product file demanding and product structure multi-view management.

Abstract:In the era of rapid development of information, with the popularization of computers, the development of science and technology, and the continuous growth of IT technology and business, the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system has become a platform and guarantee for the completion of business management processes after long-term operations. Establishing a logistics management information system is an important means for Chinese companies to improve their logistics efficiency. This is the prerequisite for modern companies to gain a competitive advantage in the management of logistics companies. Therefore, organizations must adapt to different needs, fierce competition, and rapid strategic changes. This is a powerful supplement to the nature of logistics companies. The logistics management information system has continuously experienced the processes of MRP, MRP II, and ERP. This article aims to study how to use computers in logistics management to create an ERP system-based enterprise logistics information management system. This article puts forward the development significance of logistics information management system, uses ERP system to analyze complex logistics business in detail, and designs the overall framework, specific functions, and data model of the system in detail. The experimental results of this paper show that the ERP system has important application value in the logistics information management system of supply chain enterprises, and it can effectively increase the value of customer satisfaction by 86.7%.

Abstract:This paper adopts a developmental perspective to review articles and reports published in the past decade on the application of big data to the optimization of logistics. First, the evolution and features of both logistics and big data are reviewed using the systematic review method. This is followed by discussions on the implementation of big data in logistics and the optimization outcomes. The paper summarizes the four main effects of the adoption of big data in logistics: informatization; operation efficiency; service quality; and the promotion of technical upgrading.

Abstract:Product data management (PDM) and enterprise resources planning (ERP) is the primary technology support on which enterprises enhance and maintain their competitiveness. It is one of the most critical issues facing manufacturing companies today to integrate PDM and ERP. An integration framework model of integrating PDM and ERP is proposed in this paper. The data structure of integration information model is described in the framework model. Data is captured through the wrapper that encapsulates the API by means of COM/DCOM technology. It can be adapted to the distributed environment. Based on this model , an integrating interface prototype has been developed.

Abstract:In the implementation of engineering logistics enterprises, cost is one of the key factors of project competitiveness. Due to the characteristics of complexity of the engineering logistics project, the special project objects (such as super large, ultra wide object, building translation, etc.), the one-time implementation of the project and so on, the project costs are continue to rise. Therefore, with the changing market environment and the continuous emergence of advanced logistics technology and methods, we need advanced management ideas and management methods to match it. As a result, its cost management and control methods are bound to undergo change and adapt to complex projects and environments. Taking an enterprise as an example, this paper analyzed the particularity and present situation of engineering logistics project and cost control, and tried to construct the project cost management and control system of engineering logistics enterprise. According to the implementation process of the project logistics enterprise, this paper studied and designed objectives, tasks and methods for enterprises to provide references from project design, target cost, subcontract cost, actual cost and cost analysis.

Abstract:To resolve the problem that the traditional project management focuses on planning and executing stage of project without con- sidering bidding period and the customer's feedback, the concept of the total life cycle is introduced and a web-based project management system is presented. The work mode that the organization model is independent with the process model is put forward, and the people/ enterprise's flexible organization is proposed which can be used for the organization of supply chain of the virtual enterprise of the dynamic alliance. Aiming at document management problem, the methodology of security is illustrated. The total life cycle oriented project management system contains the bidding, executing and customer's feedback, and has a good flexibility and extendible ability.

Abstract:Based on analysis of the problem of supply chain and defects of current designing methods of it, the paper puts forward a method of using hierarchy model of supply chain based on product structure to simplify the designing method in core enterprises, and provides its formal specification and corresponding algorithm for designing of supply chain. Then, the paper introduces the algorithm of transforming the supply chain based on Product Structure-based Hierarchy Model of Supply Chain (PSHMSC) into the supply chain based on other supply chain models. Finally, the paper provides an application case and discusses some problems of this algorithm.

Abstract:E-commerce is booming with the development of new business model and will be continuously boosted in the several decades. With large number of enterprises carrying out E-commerce, logistics driven under the background has been largely influenced. This paper presents the state-of-the-art E-commerce logistics in supply chain management from a view of practice perspective. Worldwide implementations and corresponding models together with supporting techniques are reviewed in this paper. Typical E-commerce logistics companies from North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific are comprehensively reviewed so as to get the lessons and insights from these practices.
