Abstract:This paper starts from the analysis of the definition of supply chain, and compares the traditional cost management mode of Chinese enterprises with cost management mode based on supply chain by the method of comparison. The paper points out that the cost management based on supply chain, which aims at the improvement of customers' satisfaction and the market demand orientation, is a wholly new cost management method. This new management mode demands an effective coordination between upstream and downstream enterprises, and an extension of space and time of cost management from traditional workshop to the fields of development, design, supply and distribution. In the cost management strategies based on cost management, systematic planning and the integration of supply chain are the premises of success; the application of information technology is the guarantee of success; dynamic managed supply chain is an effective way to success; and the customer oriented target cost management technique is the priority of cost management.

Abstract:Utilizing strategies of the resource-based and the activity-based, a network model of activities is used to indicate the collaboration mechanism between logistics network nodes. A mathematical model with functions of costs allocation and production value is built up under resource constraint. And an example of distribution logistics is given, in which collaborative performance and negotiation strategy are derived using benefit transfer and game theory of cooperative negotiation. The result illustrates the synergistic effect and win-win benefit of the network model of collaborative logistics.

Abstract:In the implementation of engineering logistics enterprises, cost is one of the key factors of project competitiveness. Due to the characteristics of complexity of the engineering logistics project, the special project objects (such as super large, ultra wide object, building translation, etc.), the one-time implementation of the project and so on, the project costs are continue to rise. Therefore, with the changing market environment and the continuous emergence of advanced logistics technology and methods, we need advanced management ideas and management methods to match it. As a result, its cost management and control methods are bound to undergo change and adapt to complex projects and environments. Taking an enterprise as an example, this paper analyzed the particularity and present situation of engineering logistics project and cost control, and tried to construct the project cost management and control system of engineering logistics enterprise. According to the implementation process of the project logistics enterprise, this paper studied and designed objectives, tasks and methods for enterprises to provide references from project design, target cost, subcontract cost, actual cost and cost analysis.

Abstract:Due to the rapid development of the logistics industry, the business volume of the road transportation industry is also growing rapidly and its transportation costs are also increasing. Therefore, it is particularly important to control the transportation cost. This paper aims to evaluate and analyze the cost management of road logistics transportation based on the optimal solution of linear programming. This paper introduces the basic concept of highway logistics in general and analyzes its components and characteristics. Road logistics transportation has the characteristics of fast speed, low investment, strong flexibility, and easy to adapt to local conditions and does not require much infrastructure. We then analyzed the general linear programming model, made a brief introduction to its mathematical model, and proposed the construction of the optimization model to explore the transportation model of production and sales balance. Finally, taking W logistics company as a case to analyze and discuss, the influence of the transportation route in transit on the transportation cost is studied. And its structure and the corresponding transportation cost of logistics enterprises are analyzed in detail. The experimental results of this paper show that by comparing the calculation results of the road segment method and the linear programming model, the total freight calculated by the segment method is 5610 yuan, while the total freight calculated by the linear programming method is 5490 yuan. Comparing the piecewise methods, it can be found that the linear programming method is more economical in transportation cost than the piecewise method. Therefore, when logistics companies optimize road transportation costs, it is more feasible and effective to use linear programming methods.

Abstract:Abstract Transportation cost management plays an important role in both traditional logistics management and supply chain logistics management. Time-driven activity-based costing bypasses the expensive, time-consuming and subjective activity investigation and is more suitable for the intermediate link of enterprise cost accounting. Linear programming is a mathematical theory and method to study the extreme value problem of objective function under linear constraints, and the optimal decision is made by using limited human, material and financial resources. Based on the concept of Shared logistics, this paper studies transport enterprises to solve problems such as information asymmetry in the process of transport. By establishing a linear programming time-driven activity-based costing accounting model, the allocation of scarce resources in transport enterprises can be reasonably solved, and the efficiency of cost accounting can be improved to achieve considerable cost savings.

Abstract:In the process of economic globalization, market competition has become more and more fierce. Countless companies blindly reduce costs to reduce prices to increase their competitive advantage. However, because of their incomplete understanding of the cost system, cost control has been high. Among them, cost control plays a vital role in enterprise management. In the process of rapid development, logistics enterprises face external competitive pressure and their cost control system constraints. To fully cope with the fierce competition of the times, logistics companies must learn to control costs and improve enterprise management. This paper uses a case study method and combines data analysis methods to discuss JD.com’s self-operated logistics cost system. It is compared with the systems of third-party logistics companies, such as SF Express, through comparative analysis. This article analyzes and compares the leasing costs, vehicle depreciation and replacement costs, fuel costs, investment costs, and insurance costs of JD Logistics, puts forward some of their problems, and finally gives some reasonable suggestions.

Abstract:To solve the problem that the logistics operation cost can't be controlled well by traditional methods, a DEA (data envelopment analysis) model is presented. The mechanism of the model is to make the logistics activities as a decision making unit to evaluate the efficiency of input and output. Base on the DEA result, the efficient logistics activities are reserved, and the inefficient ones are improved by explicit methods and goals. The key procedures of DEA model include establishing a standard logistics activity database, decomposing logistics activities and determining that the logistics is the efficient decision unit. The paper is of great significance to improve operation efficiency of logistics network.
