Abstract:Good will means not knowing the specific information of real rights. It should be differentiated from non-material fault, and the two shall be regarded as two relatively independent essential conditions. The party possessing the right is to assume the burden of proof on the two mentioned above. The “negligent person test may be applicable in the judgment of non-material fault.
