Abstract:At the present stage,both the connotation and extension of working while studying have developed.It is an inevitable choice for its development to work for studying from inside the school to the society.To promote the development,working for study in the university must not be confined to the traditional rigid means and methods,but must undergo tests from the market and seek improvement through reform.At the same time,it must adapt to the requirements of the market and try to perfect the system of management and operation continuously.Furthermore,it must dare to use new thoughts,try new methods,and establish relations of cooperation and mutual benefit with corporations and enterprises to achieve common development.

Abstract:The library in the institutions of higher learning is the special stack room to collect literature of its own.It is of great significance to show the result of running school,to keep up complete data and to form a characteristic collection.By taking University of Zhejiang Science and Technology(ZUST)as an example,we analyze the existing problems in the library construction of the newly-built institutions of higher learning and define the scope of the library collection.Thus several methods are advanced to strengthen both its direction and initiative to turn the data base resources into the school's special collection resources as well as to grasp the timing node to collect library materials.

Abstract:Presently,workload is in clash with shortage of staff in higher vocational col- lege library.One of the options to lessen the clash is to employ students to take up work - study program in the library,which not only lightens the their financial burden,but up- grades their comprehensive competence.Moreover,it strengthens the students'contact with the library and promotes the library work as well.Consequently,the work of selecting, training and managing students must be handled properly.

Abstract:This paper presents a survey of work-study program among college students in the city of Hangzhou.In view of the status of college students,work-study activities,several problems have been found.Both the quantity and quality of work-study occupational posts fail to meet the students'demands.Its management is not good enough.Based on the survey some suggestions have been put forward:developing more work-study posts according to the college students'characteristics;perfecting correlated laws and regulations;strengthening its management;making good use of the educational function of work-study program;making efforts to enhance the construction of work-study base.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the policy changes related to paper evaluation and their impact and challenges to subject analysis services, and studies the Wuhan University Library as an example to summarize its transformational practices on researching response and practical exploration. Abstract:With the continuous improvement of China's social and economic level, education, especially college education, has been highly valued by people and has achieved certain results. For the development of colleges and universities, library construction is an important part of it and to a certain extent promotes the stable development of colleges and universities. Judging from the actual development of domestic university libraries, many university libraries have gradually entered the path of socialized service. Due to the profound influence of traditional education mode and test-oriented education concept, many university libraries in China are currently developing socialization. There are some problems that need to be solved in the service work process. The existence of these problems makes many domestic university libraries unable to play their own roles and individual values, and it also seriously affects the rapid development of China's college education. Based on this situation, the author makes an in-depth analysis and discussion on the status quo and optimization strategies of the socialization service of university libraries in China, hoping to provide reference for the social service work of college libraries nationwide.

Abstract:Due to developing of informatization subject services merely provided by subject librarians have been unable to meet users' demands for personalization and diversification. The concept of synergy theory will be brought into the university library subject services in this paper. How to enhance the synergy effect of subject services? The effective methods have been provided in the paper by exploring the relations among different factors of library subject services,studying their synergistic effect. Through these measures, we can eventually realize comprehensive synergy and sustainable development of library subject service.
