Abstract:In terms of operation mechanism, university library resource sharing fully pays attention to the logical interaction between resource sharing and resource integration, effectively handles the basic role of resource integration, and forms four resource sharing mechanisms, such as communication & trust, benefit balance, incentive drive and normative constraint, as well as four resource integration mechanisms, such as organization coordination, interaction & win-win, system operation and standardization, have achieved good results in the utilization of library resources and provided useful reference for the utilization of university resources.
