The Derivation of Fluorescent Lamp System Model and Calculation of its Key Parameters

Abstract:Nowadays efficient concepts have had deep effects in industrial design,as the pioneer of energysaving,fluorescent lamp lighting played an irreplaceable role.But complexity of fluorescent lamp electric circuit design,difficulty of the key parameters choosing,the differentia between theoretical results and physical test make fluorescent lamp circuit design difficult.The paper gives a start-circuit model based on the fluorescent lamp characteristics,the calculation of the key components' parameters and operating point frequency in theory.With a normal T8 fluorescent lamp through the experiment which used the given model in electronic ballast design,the theoretical model is proved to be correct and practical.
