The Effect Evaluation on Training of Preventing and Curing the AIDS among Grass - Roots Medical Staff

Abstract:Objective: To train the grass-roots medical staff of Beijing about the prevention-and-cure knowledge about the AIDS, and to evaluate whether the prevention-and-cure knowledge level of the AIDS and the ability on interpersonal interaction and on the AIDS are improved or not before and after the training. Methods: Adopting the self-writing questionnaires before and after the training education. surveying how much 90 grass-roots medical staff in Beijing know about the AIDS and the ability to communicate with somebody else. Results: After the training, the respondents' knowledge about sexology was increased more than before to a different extend, the interpersonal interaction was more natural, so there is significant difference in the interpersonal interaction before and after the training. Conclusion: The training is effective to increase grass-roots medical staff 's knowledge of preventing and curing AIDS and improve the ability to exchange sexual problems with people.
