Comparison on and Enlightenment from Some World-Top Law Schools

Abstract:The rise and fall of a university is inherently connected with that of a State.From the 11th century when the modern universities came into formation,where a first-class university is rising,there is a state which is to rise and a nation which is to flourish.To be one of the world-top universities is theambition of some Chinese universities.Nevertheless,any world-top university is founded on some first-class schools.Therefore,a more specific objective for realizing the above ambition is to build some top-level schools first.Based on eight world-top universities,this article,from the perspective of law schools,tries to seek some common rules in their development.Hopefully,these rules will provide some valuable experience in the development of Chinese higher education of law.
