Abstract:In recent years, a growing number of judicial cases have stepped into public view for various reasons, and re- ceived extensive attention and then developed as ＂public eases＂. We can find, from the common features of regularity from an- alyses of these ＂public cases＂, that most of them are unjust framed-up cases, identity of the defendant appears in the polariza- tion, and inquisition by torture is widespread, for which network has become a major media. The appearance of ＂public cases＂ challenge the public opinion related to procuratorate, public demands, presumption of guilt, and false concept of the ＂murder must be solved＂. The excessive cooperation and insufficient constraints of public security, procuratorate, and court etc. these are the deep-seated reasons in solving the present problems of the public opinion related to proeuratorate. This paper provided useful thinking in establishing effective coping mechanisms involved in public opinion related to procuratorate through the analy- sis of the ＂public cases＂ and its causes.
