Abstract:Objective To know the increasing character and area difference of building of institutions of disease prevention and control between 2002 and 2005. Method National system sampling survey of the basic instance of three layers of center of disease prevention and control and specialty disease prevention and control institution, then compute the status of building by two indexes: area of work place and per person area of work place. Results Building area of each layer of institution of disease prevention and control increased ,each layer separately increases 11.9%、29.2%、36.1%.East part increases fast in province layer,21.3%.Middle part increases fast in city layer,42.4%.West part increases fast in country layer,49.2%.
