Analysis on the general characteristics of government special finacing support in health inspection and supervision institutions between 2001and 2006

Abstract:By national sampling survey,we obtained the data on special fundings from 2001 to 2006 including the quantites and sources.By analyzing the mode of data,we can reach the result that after three years'construction the special funds were increased by 32.5%.Municipal and county agencies,because of their smaller initial funding, have higher growth rates than those in the provincial organizations,but the absolute volume is actually not high.Special funding comes mainly from local governments,the average ratio of local and central funding is up to 16.5:1.The eastern region obtains the highest ratio,followed by the central region,and the western region lowest, reflecting the support for western region from central government.
