Abstract:With the rapid growth of internet and enterprises on a global scale, the use of directories as accessible repositories providesa flexible and various solution for gathering, storage and accessing information. Abstract:Microsoft Office Word2007 provides a new default file format.The file format,called Word XML format,offers novel solutions and ideas for information hiding in word documents.In this paper,a brief introduction to the format of Word2007 document is given first.And then,according to the schemes of information hiding on XML files and the feature of Word2007 documents,a novel scheme of information hiding in Word2007 documents based on replacing the revision identifiers is devised .Compared with the existing information hiding schemes in the Word,the scheme in this paper is more convenient,secure and it offers a wide bandwidth available.

Abstract:There is a serious barrier to the interaction between the visually impaired and traditional printing, so this paper proposed a new accessible interaction on the basis of the existing application Voiceye. The whole process is uploading editable text information that corresponds to paper material to the cloud firstly, then scanning the two-dimensional code with the mobile terminal to help users get text online which could be broadcast with voice. Compared with Voiceye, which storing the whole text, the two-dimensional code generated in this paper only contains URL of the text instead, leading to much less information and higher fault tolerance. This interaction is of great significance to widen access to information to the visually impaired people.

Abstract:Web content management system is powerful, but sometimes it is too complex, lack of transparency, this paper proposed a lightweight Web design model, it only contains three data tables, five web pages, achieved the overall demand of the website. Because in the actual information release, the first draft is usally a file of the document and report format, the innovation of this article is on the server side call Microsoft office components, can realize the function of the submitted document automatically generated web page. Certain extend Suggestions are given at the same time, can realize more personalized demand. Through the practical application show that the design patterns can shortens the website construction cycle, simplify the process of information release, reduces the site maintenance personnel, for lightweight website construction provides a good reference model.

Abstract:With the growing of maturity for the graphical model-driven development environment, software development has been made out of the shackles of a lot of manual coding and not easily code reusing, meanwhile a higher document management standard is required in software development process. To meet this requirement this paper presents a structured Word document automatic generation technology which makes full use of XML Dom and VBA technologies, and takes XML data storage files as input. The paper elaborates tag defining rules of structured Word document template, and the algorithms of XML data nodes query, information extraction and replacement of Word document tags. The model has been applied in a practical engineering project, and effectively solves the problems of strenuousness, repetition, inefficiency and easily mistakes occurring as compiling structured Word documents only by hand. © 2005 - 2012 JATIT & LLS. Abstract:To suit for the requirements for digital technological development to automatically,formally and conveniently generate experimental reports of various standards,the authors integrate Word template technology,cutely exploit ″Bookmark″,which stands for the Word locating function,and make use of VC+ + programming technology to realise the adaptive optical experimental data report automatic generation.The paper introduces the implementation of the software and its advantages and disadvantages,pays attention to locating inside files and digital image generation.The practicality and effectiveness of the method is validated.Practical results demonstrate that the method is mechanically simple,swift and convenient,and worth popularisation.

Abstract:Nowadays,retrieving text contents from different format documents becomes a hot topic in internet researches.For the purpose of fetching text contents from documents as fast as possible,providing basic data for content retrieval and improving the overall efficiency of searching,an automatic text extraction method based on state machine has been put forward in this paper after analysing the Microsoft Office 2007 document format.Experiments show that the method proposed in the paper achieves the goal of good effect on text extraction in its correctness,memory cost and time cost.
