Abstract:Objectives:To analyze the present situation and existing problems of organization structure of medical quality management in China,and provide the basis for further improvement.Methods:10 general public hospitals of Shenzhen were selected to have a self-designed questionnaire and statistics analysis were done according to the data.Results:It shows that all the selected hospitals have set three tiers medical quality management structure.Awareness rate of the functions of medical quality management organizational structure is better in district level hospitals than that of in municipal hospitals.Organizational structure of medical quality management plays well in both district level and municipal level hospitals.All the hospitals want to set up and improve medical quality management information system.Compared to the district level hospitals,municipal level hospitals take more expectation on more professional medical quality management staff.Conclusions:Improving the framework of quality management organizational structure,post setting and work responsibilities,making more efforts on staff training and human resources introduction,building total quality management information system based on cloud computing can provide an objective and unified platform for medical quality management and supervision.

Abstract:In recent years, China's healthcare system has undergone significant changes to meet the increasing demands of its growing population. One notable development is the rapid expansion of hospitals, particularly the adaptation of multi-campus hospitals. These multi-campus hospitals have become increasingly popular due to the many advantages that single-campus hospitals lack, including the ability to; improve medical service quality, reduce operating costs, and facilitate the development of healthcare services in rural areas. In this study, we discuss the advantages that this type of medical facility offers and identify existing and potential problems that could hinder the development of multi-campus hospitals. Additionally, we propose appropriate solutions to mitigate these problems. Overall, we propose that there should be more communication between multi-campus hospitals and other healthcare providers.

Abstract:Based on the investigation of quality control structure of 28 general tertiary hospitals in China, a descriptive analysis in perspectives of region, beds and quality management team are carried out. It shows that there is big gaps in quality management organization structure between regions. It is considered to strengthen organization construction, clear functions between departments, pay more attention to staff training and promote information system construction.

Abstract:Objective By summarizing and analyzing the published literature on the construction and management of "one hospital with multiple districts" in public hospitals, this study reveals the research status and focus issues, and provides reference and policy recommendations for the construction and management of "one hospital with multiple districts" in public hospitals. Methods Literature search was carried out on CNKI and Wanfang database on the construction and management of "one hospital with multiple districts", a sample database was established by screening the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and CiteSpace software was used to analyze the characteristics of the included literature. Results A total of 192 articles were included, and the number of published articles has increased significantly since 2014, reaching the highest value of 44 in 2022. The focus of literature research is mainly on the dimensions of construction mode, logistics management,outpatient management, financial management, nursing management, homogeneity management, cultural construction,pharmacy management, discipline construction, etc. Conclusion The construction of a hospital with multiple districts can realize the rapid expansion and sinking of high-quality medical resources,which is a beneficial path to optimize the allocation of medical and health resources. In the future, the development of a hospital with multiple districts should be supported by policies to promote the integrated, homogeneous and differentiated development strategy of a hospital with multiple districts, highlight the role of the construction of a hospital with multiple districts in public health emergencies, strengthen the cultural construction of a public hospital with multiple districts, promote the coordinated development of multiple hospitals and districts, and improve the overall operating efficiency and medical service quality of the hospital.

Abstract:Objective:To make a strategic plan for A hospital based on the theory of strategic management and comprehensive analysis on internal and external environments of one tertiary Chinese and western medicine integrated hospital(Hospital A)in Shanghai. Methods:Existing data were collected,a questionnaire survey was conducted,and focus group discussions of 31 hospital managers were made. Results:There were opportunities and threats in the external environments for the development of Hospital A,and there were strengths and weaknesses in the internal environments. Hospital A drafted a strategic plan according to internal and external environment. Conclusion:It is suggested that Hospital A continue to utilize its strengths and enhance its competitive competence in order to meet the medical needs of the country,Shanghai and Pudong New Area and to satisfy the patient demands for medical care.

The Present Situation and Analysis of the Human Resource Management at the Central Sterile Supply Department in Hospitals

Abstract:Objective:To explore the personnel structure of the central sterile supply department at present, so as to perfect the staffing and organizational structure, conduct professional training, and promote the further optimization of human resources. Methods: The data were collected in 164 hospitals based on the published reports, which came from the participants of national training bases of Chinese Nursing Association and 40 hospitals of Sichuan province. The current situation and problems of human structure were analyzed and discussed. Results: The national central sterile supply department's average allocation proportion was 1.77: 100, which is under of the requirement of Ministry of Health. The average age of staff decreased, while the education level of management personnel increased. Conclusion: When establishing professional centralized management model of sterile supply in hospital, the problem of insufficient staff needs to be adjusted and paid attention. In order to meet the needs of the development of profession, it is suggested to improve professional training.

Abstract:In order to understand the status quo of health resource allocation, problems in discipline development and attitude towards resources horizontal integration, this study has conducted questionnaire survey in 24 tertiary hospitals with 367 heads of department. Results revealed that there was coexistence of deficiency and excess in discipline resource allocation in public hospitals. The significant challenges for discipline development were poor talent team construction and lack of influencing experts. It is suggested that the head of hospital and administrative department should attach great importance to discipline development and give special support in the aspect of human resource system and financial investment.

Abstract:Objective to explore the influence of specialization of hospital directors on status of annals management and patients’ responsiveness,and give advices.Methods History Data Analysis,Depth Interview and Random Questionnaire Survey.Results There is a positive correlation between Superintendent professional degree and hospital management status with coefficient equals 0.582,and there are differences between different professional degree and outpatients responsiveness in terms of Quality of basic amenities,Prompt attention and Choice of provider,higher professional degree,better than outpatient.responsiveness.There is no evident relation with inpatient responsiveness.Proposals Pushing the course of Specialization of hospital directors and improve the patients responsiveness are crucial ways to develop the TCM hospitals.

Abstract:With the mature application of 5G communication and the development of artificial intelligence, the deep integration of modern hospital management and information technology has been fully realized. Therefore, this paper explores the organizational structure and system design of our institute and implements the construction and operation of the information system according to the concept of "management institutionalization, organization informatization, and form computerization." The construction of information management departments was strengthened, the entire 69 information systems with systematic thinking were managed, the dynamic management mechanism of information system operation and maintenance was established, and the fine closed-loop management of hospital processes was realized. The results show that the information system based on institutional management will improve the management efficiency of the hospital and ensure the real-time, accuracy, and security of hospital data information.
