Abstract:Objective:With the continuous expansion of the nursing team,young nurse has gradually become the clinical main force,due to the lack of clinical experience,they are bound to the standardized training,to improve the quality of care,to better serve patients。Methods:Through the improvement of their own quality,professional theory knowledge the study,normative foundation operating behaviors,to improve the comprehensive ability of young nurses,support of clinical nursing safety。Results:After the young nurse training,so that their comprehensive nursing ability rises apparently。Conclusion:The young nurse training is to ensure clinical safety,improve nursing quality the important action,nursing administration is the responsibility and obligation。
