The analysis of the problems and improvement measures in the Beijing ICU specialist nurse training

Abstract:Objective: To explore some of the problems that exist in the ICU specialist nurse training course in Beijing,then provide the corresponding improvements to fur-ther improve the relevant topics on “Assessment Table of Beijing ICU clinical nurse training bases”. Methods: Use the own scale and part of the original scale in the 16 of Beijing ICU specialist nurse training bases to take a stratified sampling survey that concerning “The problems and improvement measures in ICU specialist nurse training” and “The necessity of the Assessment Table contents of Beijing ICU specialist nurse training bases”,finally analyse the data by statistic. Results: Nurses with different titles to the teaching environment,different qualifications to the teaching arrangements,and different sections in ICU to teaching,teaching evaluation and the development of ICU specialist nurse training bases,the scores of these issues were statistically significant difference. The development of ICU specialist nurse training bases,the assessment of teaching and learning ,and the problems of teaching,placing in the first three scores in the “The problems and improvement measures in Beijing ICU specialist nurse training”. In analysis of “The necessity of the Assessment Table contents of Beijing ICU specialist nurse training bases”,“IABP” ,“Intracranial pressure detector” and the “narcotic” for the last three ranked scoring. Conclusion: ICU specialist nurse training is still at the initial stage,we need to improve and enhance the teaching arrangements,teaching methods and training process continually.
