Abstract:In the practice teaching system building of the specialty of administrative management in newly founded undergraduate col-leges,there are problems urgently to be solved,such as lack of power to motivate the practice teaching,shortage of clear goals,unreason-able contents,absence of organization,insufficient security,etc. Constructing the knowledge imparted,cultivating abilities and improving quality as a whole,with academic education and occupation education combined together,which includes power,target,content,organi-zation,control and protection,the six subsystems,become the key to solving the existing problems.
