Abstract:This paper analyzes the user needs of the scientific research project management system, expounds the feasibility of information system development, and analyzes the business needs combined with the reality of scientific research project management. In the system level design, combined with the demand analysis of the information system function, the system module is developed in a hierarchical way. The whole system is divided into four layers: (i) core business layer; (ii) data access interface layer; (iii) neighborhood object layer; (iv) data platform. The specific functions include three various modules, i.e., scientific research project information management module, research achievement management module, and scientific research information portal module. In the system software part, the attribute encryption method is used to effectively encrypt the information of scientific and technological projects and to protect the safe sharing of scientific and technological information in colleges and universities. Finally, we look at the limitations of conducting high-quality design-science research in the context of the larger information system community. The experimental results show that the system can perform the corresponding functions effectively, and the data reading integrity is high, which can meet the requirements of the university science and technology project information management.

Abstract:This study investigates the construction of developmental support and education systems in vocational colleges, with a specific focus on the "riser" Project at Shang Rao Vocational College, Jiangxi province, China. Recognizing the evolving needs of economically disadvantaged students, the study explores the efficacy of holistic developmental support initiatives beyond traditional financial aid. Through a mixed-methods approach incorporating theoretical frameworks, empirical data analysis, and stakeholder insights, the study evaluates the effectiveness of existing support systems and identifies areas for improvement. Key findings highlight the significance of integrated support services in fostering students' academic, personal, and professional growth. The "riser" Project emerges as a notable exemplar of comprehensive developmental support within vocational education settings, though opportunities for refinement are evident. Practical recommendations are offered to optimize support services and enhance student experiences, contributing to the advancement of vocational education in the post-poverty era.

Abstract:In the latest "Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Comprehensively Improving the Quality of Higher Education" (Jiao Gao [2012] No. 4), the Ministry of Education points out the need to further improve the quality standards system for talent cultivation and formulate and implement national standards for the teaching quality of undergraduate and higher vocational specialties .The goal of talent cultivation in Chinese higher vocational colleges is to cultivate technical personnel who are capable of meeting the needs of frontline production, construction, management, and service. Therefore, in order to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to establish a teaching quality evaluation system that is in line with the laws and characteristics of higher vocational education. This paper aims to study the construction and innovation of teaching evaluation system under the background of information age based on the development status and existing problems of practical teaching quality of engineering major in higher vocational colleges, and put forward targeted and original suggestions to provide strategic reference for the further development of curriculum teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.

Abstract:As an important part of China's higher education system, student management in higher vocational colleges and universities is of great significance for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents. Through an in-depth analysis of the current situation of student management in China's higher vocational colleges and universities, this paper reveals the problems that exist in the current management process, including the insufficiency of policies and regulations, the deficiencies in management organisational structure and staffing, the lack of adaptability of the student management methods, and the insufficiency of student participation. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, such as improving policies and regulations, optimising management organisational structure and staffing, innovating student management methods and improving student participation. Through the research of this paper, it aims to provide useful reference for student management in China's higher vocational colleges and universities and promote the development of higher vocational education.

Abstract:Abstract With the national emphasis on vocational education and the reform of the examination and enrollment system of higher vocational education, the scale of students in higher vocational colleges and universities has been expanding, and the enrollment channels and student source types have been diversified, especially the characteristics of student source in local higher vocational colleges and universities are more prominent. The traditional student management mode has been difficult to meet the needs of students’ development and talent training mode. As an important part of education and teaching in colleges and universities, the effectiveness of student management determines the success or failure of ideological and political education of college students and the safety and stability of colleges and universities and is also related to the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents needed by the society. Therefore, taking Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College as an example, this paper finds that 66% of the teachers and students think that the student management concept is backward, 58% think that the student management mode is single, 74% think that the student management system is not perfect, 58% think that the student management mode is rigid, and 59% think that the student management personnel are not of high professional quality in student management. The analysis of the results shows that using the hierarchical student management model based on ISM analysis makes the student management model with reasonable and effective articulation and operation, scientific and smooth implementation, and builds a set of effective student management systems in higher vocational institutions, which has certain theoretical and practical significance for the implementation of student management in higher vocational schools.
