Abstract:ObjectiveIt is in order to know the current management situation of clinical college system in a medical university.Methods To collect data through questionnaire,all of the students coming from clinical teaching base in this university;to describe the system implementation by percentage;to make statistical inference by chi-square test.Results The sample size was 295,152 out of which were male students (51.5%)and the others were female students (48.5%).All of them passed the theory exam,and 272(92.2%)out of them were satisfied with the clinical college system;Comparing the system implementation in the three years,there were significant differences among five systems;Comparing the system implementation and the students’expectation for carrying out systems in the three years,there were seven systems below the expectations of students,and only one system excee-ded the expectations.Conclusion The management measures of clinical college system in this school had been constructed;however,it was needful to strengthen the implementation.The evaluation from students about system implementation could be included into the evaluation system of teaching quality.
