Abstract:In this paper, two new composition operations are defined among the order-preserving maps. They can act on order-preserving maps like the usual composition operation. They are coincide with the usual composition operation when the order-preserving maps are sup-preserving maps or meet-preserving maps. The usual composition operation can't endow the set $L^{L}$ of order preserving maps on a complete lattices $L$ with quantale or co-quantale structures. Luckily, two new operations can endow $L^{L}$ with a quantale and a co-quantale structures respectively, whenever $L$ is a completely distributive lattice.

Abstract:Given a quantized enveloping algebra $U_q(\mathfrak g)$ and a pair of dominant weights ($\lambda$, $\mu$), we extend a conjecture raised by Lusztig in \cite{Lusztig:1992}to a more general form and then prove this extended Lusztig's conjecture. Namely we prove that for any symmetrizable Kac-Moody algebra $\mathfrak g$, there is a composition series of the $U_q(\mathfrak g)$-module $V(\lambda)\otimes V(\mu)$ compatible with the canonical basis. As a byproduct, the celebrated Littlewood-Richardson rule is derived and we also construct, in the same manner, a composition series of $V(\lambda)\otimes V(-\mu)$ compatible with the canonical basis when $\mathfrak g$ is of affine type and the level of $\lambda-\mu$ is nonzero.

Abstract:This paper connects complete orthomodular lattices to two enriched quantale structures. Complete orthomodular lattices emphasize a static perspective of a quantum system, helping us reason about testable properties of a quantum system. Quantales offer a dynamic perspective, helping us reason about the structure of quantum actions. We enrich quantales with an orthocomplementation-inducing operator, and call these structures orthomodular dynamic algebras. One type of orthomodular dynamic algebra distinguishes the joins of any two different sets of atoms, while the other distinguishes elements by the collective behavior of the atoms below it. We show that both orthomodular dynamic algebras are unital, and the unit is the top element of an induced orthomodular lattice. We provide a categorical equivalence between both orthomodular dynamic algebras and complete orthomodular lattices with isomorphisms, and we show that this equivalence is preserved when augmenting the orthomodular dynamic algebras with an involution. These equivalences help clarify the relationship between static and dynamic quantum structures.

Noncommutative Hamiltonian structures and quantizations on preprojective algebras

Abstract:Given a noncommutative Hamiltonian space $A$, we show that the conjecture ``{\it quantization commutes with reduction}'' holds on $A$. We also construct a semi-product algebra $A \rtimes \mG^A$, equivariant sheaves on the representation space are related to left $A \rtimes \mG^A$-modules. In the quiver setting, via the quantum and classical trace maps, we establish the explicit correspondence between quantizations on a preprojective algebra and those on a quiver variety.

Abstract:This paper seeks to extend the theory of composition operators on analytic functional Hilbert spaces from analytic symbols to quasiconformal ones. The focus is the boundedness but operator-theoretic questions are discussed as well. In particular, we present a thorough analysis of L^p-estimates of a class of singular integral operators P_φ associated with a quasiconformal mapping φ.

Abstract:hi this paper, we show that a two-sided quantale is coherent if it is isomorphic to the quantale of ideals of a distributive two-sided *-semilattice. Thus quantale representations of distributive two-sided *-semilattices are obtained. We also show that the free two-sided quantale generated by a set exists. And then the category TQuant of two-sided quantales is an algebraic category.

Abstract:We consider the Kronecker quiver and determine the relations for the specialisation to q=0 of the generic composition algebra as well as those for Reineke's composition monoid. We also obtain a normal form for the varieties occurring in the composition monoid in terms of Schur roots.

Abstract:This work mainly concerns the—here introduced—category of -sets and functional morphisms, where is a commutative semicartesian quantale. We prove it enjoys all limits and colimits, that it has a classifier for regular subobjects (a sort of truth-values object), which we characterize and give explicitly. Moreover: we prove it to be -locally presentable, (where ); we also describe a hierarchy of monoidal structures in this category.

Abstract:We introduce Compositional Quantum Field Theory (CQFT) as an axiomatic model of quantum field theory, based on the principles of locality and compositionality. Our model is a refinement of the axioms of general boundary quantum field theory, and is phrased in terms of correspondences between certain commuting diagrams of gluing identifications between manifolds and corresponding commuting diagrams of state-spaces and linear maps, thus making it amenable to formalization in terms of involutive symmetric monoidal functors and operad algebras. The underlying novel framework for gluing leads to equivariance of CQFT. We study CQFTs in dimension 2 and the algebraic structure they define on open and closed strings. We also consider, as a particular case, the compositional structure of 2-dimensional pure quantum Yang–Mills theory.

Abstract:For each simple Lie algebra $\mathfrak{g}$ of simply-laced type, Hernandez and Leclerc introduced a certain category $\mathcal{C}_{\mathbb{Z}}$ of finite-dimensional representations of the quantum affine algebra of $\mathfrak{g}$, as well as certain subcategories $\mathcal{C}_{\mathbb{Z}}^{\leq \xi}$ depending on a choice of height function adapted to an orientation of the Dynkin graph of $\mathfrak{g}$. In our previous work we constructed an algebra homomorphism $\widetilde{D}_{\xi}$ whose domain contains the image of the Grothendieck ring of $\mathcal{C}_{\mathbb{Z}}^{\leq \xi}$ under the truncated $q$-character morphism $\widetilde{\chi}_q$ corresponding to $\xi$. We exhibited a close relationship between the composition of $\widetilde{D}_{\xi}$ with $\widetilde{\chi}_q$ and the morphism $\overline{D}$ recently introduced by Baumann, Kamnitzer and Knutson in their study of the equivariant homology of Mirković-Vilonen cycles. In this paper, we extend $\widetilde{D}_{\xi}$ in order to investigate its composition with Frenkel-Reshetikhin's original $q$-character morphism. Our main result consists in proving that the $q$-characters of all standard modules in $\mathcal{C}_{\mathbb{Z}}$ lie in the kernel of $\widetilde{D}_{\xi}$. This provides a large family of new non-trivial rational identities suggesting possible geometric interpretations.

Abstract:Let $\mathsf{Q}$ be a commutative and unital quantale. By a $\mathsf{Q}$-map we mean a left adjoint in the quantaloid of sets and $\mathsf{Q}$-relations, and by a partial $\mathsf{Q}$-map we refer to a Kleisli morphism with respect to the maybe monad on the category $\mathsf{Q}\text{-}\mathbf{Map}$ of sets and $\mathsf{Q}$-maps. It is shown that every $\mathsf{Q}$-map is symmetric if and only if $\mathsf{Q}$ is weakly lean, and that every $\mathsf{Q}$-map is exactly a map in $\mathbf{Set}$ if and only $\mathsf{Q}$ is lean. Moreover, assuming the axiom of choice, it is shown that the category of sets and partial $\mathsf{Q}$-maps is monadic over $\mathsf{Q}\text{-}\mathbf{Map}$.

Abstract:The quantal algebra combines classical and quantum mechanics into an abstract structurally unified structure. The structure uses two products: one symmetric and one anti-symmetric. The local structure of spacetime is contained in the quantal algebra without having been postulated. We will introduce an abstract derivation concept and generalize classical and quantum mechanics equations of motion to abstract equations of motion in which the anti-symmetric product of the quantal algebra plays a key role. We will express the defining identities of the quantal algebra in terms of the abstract derivation. In this form the first defining identity (the Jacobi identity) is analogous in form to the Bianchi identity in general relativity which is one set of gravitational field equations for the curvature tensor. The identity for the unit element is equivalent to the important property that the metric is covariantly constant. Similarly, the Jacobi identity is analogous in form to the homogeneous Maxwell equations. The anti-symmetric product of the quantal algebra is reflected in the antisymmetry of the electromagnetic tensor.

Abstract:Let Q be a reduced left-sided and left-stable quantale without zero divisors. This paper shows how the systematic use of the «quantization» of 2 viewed as a regular and strict right Q-subalgebra of Q can both strengthen and simplify the rather complicated construction of quantale-enriched topologies given for semi-unital and semi-integral quantales in the original paper [3]. The underlying structure for this new construction is an adjoint situation between the dual category of semi-unital, semi-integral quantales and quantized topological spaces.
