Abstract:Let Mq(n) be the standard quantized matrix algebra Mq(n) introduced by Faddeev, Reshetikhin, and Takhtajan. It is shown explicitly that the defining relations of Mq(n) form a Gröbner-Shirshov basis. Consequently, several structural properties of Mq(n) are derived.

Abstract:In this paper, the module-algebra structures of U-q(sl(m + 1)) = H(e(i), f(i), k(i)(+/- 1))(1 <= i <= m)., on the coordinate algebra of quantum vector spaces are studied. We denote the coordinate algebra of quantum n-dimensional vector space by A(q)(n). As our main result, first, we give a complete classification of module-algebra structures of U-p(sl(m + 1)) on A(q)(3) when k(i) is an element of Aut L(A(q)(3)) as actions on A(q)(3) for i = 1,...,m and m >= 2 and with the same method, on A(q)(2), all module-algebra structures of U-q(sl(m + 1)) are characterized. Lastly, the module-algebra structures of U-q(sl(m + 1)) on A(q)(n) are obtained for any n >= 4.

Abstract:A natural family of quantized matrix algebras is introduced. It includes the two best studied such. Located inside Uq(A2n−1), it consists of quadratic algebras with the same Hilbert series as polynomials in n2 variables. We discuss their general properties and investigate some members of the family in great detail with respect to associated varieties, degrees, centers, and symplectic leaves. Finally, the space of rank r matrices becomes a Poisson submanifold, and there is an associated tensor category of rank ⩽r matrices.
On 2Nd-Stage Quantization of Quantum Cluster Algebras

Abstract:Motivated by the phenomenon that compatible Poisson structures on a cluster algebra play a key role on its quantization (that is, quantum cluster algebra), we introduce the 2nd-stage quantization of a quantum cluster algebra, which means the correspondence between compatible Poisson structures of the quantum cluster algebra and its 2nd-stage quantized cluster algebras. Based on this observation, we find that a quantum cluster algebra possesses a mutually alternating quantum cluster algebra such that their 2nd-stage quantization can be essentially the same. As an example, we give the 2nd-stage quantized cluster algebra Ap,q(SL(2)) of FunC(SLq(2)) in 7.1 and show that it is a non-trivial 2nd-stage quantization, which may be realized as a parallel supplement to two parameters quantization of the general quantum group. As another example, we present a class of quantum cluster algebras with coefficients which possess a non-trivial 2nd-stage quantization. In particular we obtain a class of quantum cluster algebras from surfaces with coefficients which possess non-trivial 2nd-stage quantization. Finally, we prove that the compatible Poisson structure of a quantum cluster algebra without coefficients is always a locally standard Poisson structure. Following this, it is shown that the 2nd-stage quantization of a quantum cluster algebra without coefficients is in fact trivial.(c) 2023 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

Abstract:Associated with the fundamental representation of a quantum algebra such as $U_q(A_1)$ or $U_q(A_2)$, there exist infinitely many gauge-equivalent $R$-matrices with different spectral-parameter dependences. It is shown how these can be obtained by examining the infinitely many possible gradations of the corresponding quantum affine algebras, such as $U_q(A_1^{(1)})$ and $U_q(A_2^{(1)})$, and explicit formulae are obtained for those two cases. Spectral-dependent similarity (gauge) transformations relate the $R$-matrices in different gradations. Nevertheless, the choice of gradation can be physically significant, as is illustrated in the case of quantum affine Toda field theories.

Abstract:General algebraic properties of the algebras of vector fields over quantum linear groups $GL_q(N)$ and $SL_q(N)$ are studied. These quantum algebras appears to be quite similar to the classical matrix algebra. In particular, quantum analogues of the characteristic polynomial and characteristic identity are obtained for them. The $q$-analogues of the Newton relations connecting two different generating sets of central elements of these algebras (the determinant-like and the trace-like ones) are derived. This allows one to express the $q$-determinant of quantized vector fields in terms of their $q$-traces.

Abstract:We introduce an R-matrix formulation of qq-characters and corresponding Frenkel-Reshetikhin deformed W-algebras. The R-matrix featuring in the construction is of Ding-Iohara-Miki (DIM) algebra, while the type of the qq-character is determined by the network of Fock representations corresponding to a web of 5-branes geometrically engineering a quiver gauge theory. Our formulation gives a unified description of qq-characters of $A_n$ type and their elliptic uplifts.

Abstract:The quantal algebra combines classical and quantum mechanics into an abstract structurally unified structure. The structure uses two products: one symmetric and one anti-symmetric. The local structure of spacetime is contained in the quantal algebra without having been postulated. We will introduce an abstract derivation concept and generalize classical and quantum mechanics equations of motion to abstract equations of motion in which the anti-symmetric product of the quantal algebra plays a key role. We will express the defining identities of the quantal algebra in terms of the abstract derivation. In this form the first defining identity (the Jacobi identity) is analogous in form to the Bianchi identity in general relativity which is one set of gravitational field equations for the curvature tensor. The identity for the unit element is equivalent to the important property that the metric is covariantly constant. Similarly, the Jacobi identity is analogous in form to the homogeneous Maxwell equations. The anti-symmetric product of the quantal algebra is reflected in the antisymmetry of the electromagnetic tensor.

Abstract:The minimal irreducible representations of $U_q[gl(m|n)]$, i.e. those irreducible representations that are also irreducible under $U_q[osp(m|n)]$ are investigated and shown to be affinizable to give irreducible representations of the twisted quantum affine superalgebra $U_q[gl(m|n)^{(2)}]$. The $U_q[osp(m|n)]$ invariant R-matrices corresponding to the tensor product of any two minimal representations are constructed, thus extending our twisted tensor product graph method to the supersymmetric case. These give new solutions to the spectral-dependent graded Yang-Baxter equation arising from $U_q[gl(m|n)^{(2)}]$, which exhibit novel features not previously seen in the untwisted or non-super cases.

Abstract: Let $Q$ be the affine quiver of type $\widetilde{A}_{2n-1,1}$ and $\mathcal{A}_{q}(Q)$ be the quantum cluster algebra associated to the valued quiver $(Q,(2,2,\dots,2))$. We prove some cluster multiplication formulas, and deduce that the cluster variables associated with vertices of $Q$ satisfy a quantum analogue of the constant coefficient linear relations. We then construct two bar-invariant $\mathbb{Z}[q^{\pm\frac{1}{2}}]$-bases $\mathcal{B}$ and $\mathcal{S}$ of $\mathcal{A}_{q}(Q)$ consisting of positive elements, and prove that $\mathcal{B}$ is an atomic basis.

Abstract:The purpose of this thesis is to present certain viewpoints on the geometric representation theory of Nakajima cyclic quiver varieties, in relation to the Maulik-Okounkov stable basis. Our main technical tool is the shuffle algebra, which arises as the K-theoretic Hall algebra of the double cyclic quiver. We prove the isomorphism between the shuffle algebra and the quantum toroidal algebra U_{q,t}(sl_n^^), and identify the quotients of Verma modules for the shuffle algebra with the K-theory groups of Nakajima cyclic quiver varieties, which were studied by Nakajima and Varagnolo-Vasserot. The shuffle algebra viewpoint allows us to construct the universal R-matrix of the quantum toroidal algebra U_{q,t}(sl_n^^), and to factor it in terms of pieces that arise from subalgebras isomorphic to quantum affine groups U_{q}(gl_m^), for various m. This factorization generalizes constructions of Khoroshkin-Tolstoy to the toroidal case, and matches the factorization that Maulik-Okounkov produce via the stable basis in the K-theory of Nakajima quiver varieties. We connect the two pictures by computing formulas for the root generators of U_{q,t}(sl_n^^) acting on the stable basis, which provide a wide extension of Murnaghan-Nakayama and Pieri type rules from combinatorics.

Abstract:We introduce a novel commutative C*-algebra $C_\mathcal{R}(X)$ of functions on a symplectic vector space $(X,\sigma)$ admitting a complex structure, along with a strict deformation quantization that maps a dense subalgebra of $C_\mathcal{R}(X)$ to the resolvent algebra introduced by Buchholz and Grundling [JFA, 2008]. The associated quantization map is a field-theoretical Weyl quantization compatible with the work of Binz, Honegger and Rieckers [AHPO, 2004]. We also define a Berezin-type quantization map on all of $C_\mathcal{R}(X)$, which continuously and injectively maps it onto a dense subset of the resolvent algebra. The commutative resolvent algebra $C_\mathcal{R}(X)$, generally defined on a real inner product space $X$, intimately depends on the finite dimensional subspaces of $X$. We thoroughly analyze the structure of this algebra in the finite dimensional case by giving a characterization of its elements and by computing its Gelfand spectrum.
