Abstract:" Web GIS" is a very practical course,but traditional teaching method focused on the program code to explain,so the ability of students to solve the project did not improve after learning this course.The cause of this phenomenon is the fundamental reason for the lack of project practice.To solve the problem the main strategy is to select a relatively wide project case,and split content its application in classroom teaching.
