Abstract:In this paper, we construct a large class of new simple modules over the twisted $N=2$ superconformal algebra. These new simple modules are restricted modules based on the simple modules over certain finite-dimensional solvable Lie superalgebras, including various versions of Whittaker modules. We elaborate that they are also the twisted modules for the universal $N=2$ superconformal vertex algebra. On the other hand, we give an explicit characterization of the simple restricted modules over the twisted $N=2$ superconformal algebra $\mathcal{T}$ under the condition that $T_t$ in $\mathcal{T}$ acts injectively for some $t\in \frac{1}{2}+\Z_+$.

Abstract:We construct a class of non-weight modules over the twisted N=2 superconformal algebra L. Let h=CL0⊕CG0 be the Cartan subalgebra of L, and let t=CL0 be the Cartan subalgebra of even part L0¯. These modules over L when restricted to the h are free of rank 1 or when restricted to the t are free of rank 2. We provide the necessary and sufficient conditions for these modules to be simple, and give the necessary and sufficient conditions for two such L-modules to be isomorphic. We also compute the action of an automorphism on them. Moreover, based on the weighting functor introduced in [15], a class of intermediate series modules At(σ) are obtained.

Abstract:In this paper we study the indecomposable module categories over $\mathcal{C}(\mathfrak{sl}_N, k)$, the category of integrable level-$k$ respresentations of affine Kac-Moody $\mathfrak{sl}_N$. Our first main result classifies these module categories in the case of generic $k$, i.e. $k$ is sufficiently large relative to $N$. As $\mathcal{C}(\mathfrak{sl}_N, k)$ is a braided tensor category, there is a relative tensor product structure on its category of module categories. In the generic setting we obtain a formula for the relative tensor product rules between the indecomposable module categories. Our second main result classifies the indecomposable module categories over $\mathcal{C}(\mathfrak{sl}_N, k)$ for $N\leq 7$, with no restrictions on $k$. In this non-generic setting, exceptional module categories are obtained. This work relies heavily on previous results by the two authors. In previous literature, module category classification results were known only for $\mathfrak{sl}_2$ and $\mathfrak{sl}_3$.

Abstract:We study two classes of non-weight modules $\Omega (\lambda ,\alpha ,\beta )\otimes \mathrm {Ind}(M)$ and ${\mathcal {M}}\big (V,\Omega (\lambda ,\alpha ,\beta )\big )$ over the twisted Heisenberg–Virasoro algebra in this paper. We present conditions under which these modules are irreducible, the necessary and sufficient conditions under which modules in each class are isomorphic, and also show that the irreducible modules in these two classes are new. Finally, we construct non-weight modules $\mathrm {Ind}_{{\underline{y}},\lambda }({\mathbb {C}}_{RS})$ and $\mathrm {Ind}_{{\underline{z}},\lambda }({\mathbb {C}}_{PQ})$ over the twisted Heisenberg–Virasoro algebra and then apply the established results to give irreducible conditions for these modules.

Abstract:Based on the classification of irreducible modules over the Weyl superalgebra $\W$, the restriction functor and the"twisting technique", we construct a class of new (generally non-weight) modules over the $N=1, 2$ Ramond algebras $\R$ and $\T$. The sufficient and necessary conditions for these modules to be irreducible are determined. In addition, lots of interesting examples for such irreducible modules over the $N=1, 2$ Ramond algebras with different features are given, which include super intermediate series modules, $\mathcal{U}(\C L_0)$-free modules of rank two, super degree two modules and so on. Finally, we obtain that some of these non-weight modules over the $N=1, 2$ Ramond algebras are both new. Note that the Witt superalgebra, the $N=2$ Neveu-Schwarz algebra and the $N=2$ topological algebra are isomorphic to $\T$ by spectral flows. As a byproduct, we also give a characterization of the irreducibility of goal modules over these Lie superalgebras (namely, untwisted $N=2$ superconformal algebras).

Abstract:We generalize the "miraculous cancellation" formulas of Alvarez-Gaumé, Witten and Kefeng Liu to a twisted version where an extra complex line bundle is involved. We also apply our result to discuss intrinsic relations between the higher dimensional Rokhlin type congruence formulas of Ochanine [O1], Finashin [F] and Zhang [Z1, 2]. In particular, an analytic proof of the Finashin congruence formula is given.

Abstract:In the present paper, a class of irreducible twisted Heisenberg-Virasoro modules by taking tensor products of irreducible twisted Heisenberg-Virasoro modules $Omega(lambda,a,b)$ defined in cite{CG2} with irreducible twisted Heisenberg-Virasoro modules $mathrm{Ind}(M)$ defined in cite{CG} are obtained. We determine the necessary and sufficient conditions for two such irreducible tensor product modules to be isomorphic. Moreover, two classes of non-weight modules $mathrm{Ind}_{underline y,lambda}(C_{RS})$ and $mathrm{Ind}_{underline z,lambda}(C_{PQ})$ over the twisted Heisenberg-Virasoro algebra are constructed. Using the irreducibilities of modules $Omega(lambda,a,b)otimesmathrm{Ind}(M)$, the conditions for $mathrm{Ind}_{underline y,lambda}(C_{RS})$ and $mathrm{Ind}_{underline z,lambda}(C_{PQ})$ to be irreducible are determined.

Abstract:In this paper, we classify simple smooth modules over the superconformal current algebra $\frak g$. More precisely, we first classify simple smooth modules over the Heisenberg-Clifford algebra, and then prove that any simple smooth $\frak g$-module is a tensor product of such modules for the super Virasoro algebra and the Heisenberg-Clifford algebra, or an induced module from a simple module over some finite-dimensional solvable Lie superalgebras. As a byproduct, we provide characterizations for both simple highest weight $\frak g$-modules and simple Whittaker $\frak g$-modules. Additionally, we present several examples of simple smooth $\frak g$-modules that are not tensor product of modules over the super Virasoro algebra and the Heisenberg-Clifford algebra.

Abstract:In this paper, we introduce a class of infinite Lie conformal algebras , which are the semi-direct sums of Block type Lie conformal algebra and its non-trivial conformal modules of -graded free intermediate series. The annihilation algebras are a class of infinite-dimensional Lie algebras, which include a lot of interesting subalgebras: Virasoro algebra, Block type Lie algebra, twisted Heisenberg–Virasoro algebra and so on. We give a complete classification of all finite non-trivial irreducible conformal modules of for . As an application, the classifications of finite irreducible conformal modules over a series of finite Lie conformal algebras for are given.
