Current Study Situation of Radon Pollution and Prevention of Building Material Based on Industrial Waste Residue

Abstract:Under sparkplugging of building harmonious society and advocaly of the scientific development view,the building materials industry has entered the era of sustainable development,thus the research and use of the building materials based of industrial waste residue become the focuses.However,we have to see the following radon and radioactive pollution in industrial waste residue.Radon,as aninvisible killer,the second factor which causes lung cancer,is a great public hazard to the human room environment.Therefore,this article summarizes the origin and harm of radon pollution,introduces the domestic present situation of the research,development and application of the building materials based on industrial waste residue,sums up the domestic research report about the radon and radia- tion protection materials and the protection technology,proposes some questions about the application aspect of the ra- don and radiation protection technology in the building materials based on industrial waste residue.
