Analysis of Discoloration Mechanism for Electrical Equipment Silver-Plated Surface and Processing

Abstract:Severe discoloration problems of silver-plated copper bars occurred in the practical applications,and it has influences on the operation reliability of the electrical equipment. Based on analysis for the problems discovered in the manufacturing process,it is pointed out that disscoloration problems are closely related with silverplated process,incorrect storage protection and project management. Finally the specific treatment schemes were provided.
