Abstract:The application status of ultrafiltration technology was reviewed in the separation and purification of functional bioactive compounds.Status quo of the ultrafiltration technologies used for the main functional bioactive compounds was briefly described,especially in the modificaiton of ultrafiltration membrane,the design of membrane module,the enhancement of ultrafiltration process and the automatic control of ultrafiltration process.The developmental direction was also pointed out for the ultrafiltration technology in food industry.
