Research of Membrane Separation Technology and Its Application to Food Industry

Abstract:Along with the social development of science and technology,membrane separation technology has changed matures.And it has gradually applied in various fields of industries.It is an increasingly close contact with the food industry,and becomes indispensable to the food industry separation techniques.This paper had summarized the principle,characteristics and types of the membrane separation technology,and also provided an overview of the technology's application in the food industry.It mainly introduced the application of membrane separation technology in dairy products processing,oil processing,the brewing of wine and some other aspects.What's more,it also forecasts the development trend of membrane separation technology.
