Abstract:The integration of technical documents within the whole product life cycle is one of the research task in computer integrated logistic support system. The document integration based on standard generalized markup language (SGML) was presented. The design and implementation of SGML engine was discussed to compile SGML document to SGML document with standardized format and to store in object-oriented database. The management system of document database was developed to implement exchange and sharing of product technical document, which provide description and control function for complex structural entity. The SGML document support tool-kit in super-medium environment was also developed, which contains access interface of database, document type definition browser, document browser and document editor. An illustrative example was given.

Abstract:Some standards can no longer meet the requirements of the development of the situation,since they have been used for quite a long time.The enterprise standard is the revision and improvement of the existing standard system,which can effectively make up for the shortcomings of the current standards.Therefore,based on national standard of wheat flour,combined with the document of the special wheat flour standard of Guangdong province,the problems existing in the enterprise standard of special wheat flour,such as incorrect expression and text irrational physical and chemical indicators,wrong normative reference,lack of product quality indicators,and the relatively simple standard category of the special wheat flour for the enterprise filing,are discussed.Some suggestions are proposed to provide some valuable references for the revision of enterprise standard.

Abstract:In order to respond to the market demands and the customers' special requirement rapidly,and to realize rapid product design,the product design technique based broad product family was presented.It utilizes typical product template as the platform to establish the enterprise product family,and realizes product configuration to form new product using part family.The customization platform and intelligent browser were developed so that the customers can browse the product model and user handbook,and change the design for his special requirement.These techniques make it possible to reuse the knowledge in the entire enterprise,and obtain the aim of rapid product development,then can satisfy the customers needs best.

Abstract:The standard wars are the types of competitions frequently happened in the high technolo-gy industries. Firstly,it illustrates the phenomenon of standard wars in the high technology indus-tries. Secondly,it analyzes the cause of standard wars and has argued that industry standardization is not a simple technical process ,but rather a policy nature process. Thirdly,it demonstrates two levels of standavd war :enterprises level and states/regions-lovel. At last ,it points out the motives of standard wars from the two levels.

Abstract:The Wiki-based system for formulating and revising enterprise standard was developed in order to help the large-scale corporation to organize the subsidiary enterprises cooperatively formulating and revi-sing enterprise standard. The main characteristics of the system are as follows: (1) All of the work for formulating and revising enterprise standard are cooperatively done on the Extranet/Intranet, such as: planning for standard, drafting out standard, discussion on standard, checkup on standard, promulgating standard, poll for standard, revising standard et al. (2) The best architecture and items of standard are chosen through a democracy method by using the Wiki-based poll mode for standard. (3) The enterprise standard is cooperatively formulated and revised in a popular style by using the Wiki mode. The experience and wisdom from everybody are concentrated. The enterprise standard is gradually perfected. (4) The information feedback on the implement of standard are collected by using the Wiki-based system. Owing to the standard obtaining acknowledge from the majority in the corporation, the effect of the implement of standard is better. By using the Wiki-based system, the capability for formulating and revising enterprise standard of the corporation can be remarkably promoted, the efficiency and quality for formulating and revising enterprise standard can be obviously improved, and the cost for formulating and revising enter-prise standard can be reduced.

Abstract:Focusing on the technical objects, the relation of technical objects is analyzed on the basis of the product data concept model and the integrated product model by Schöttner. Taking for coding as a tie, the relations among the parts, the documents, the drafts and the models are explained as well as the revised coding solutions. Taking diesel engine enterprise as an example, the deficiencies are pointed out based on the data model status, and the corresponding improved suggestions are proposed. The relations model of technical objects is applied for the enterprise. The application indicates that the model realizes the reusing of existing resources, improves the efficiency of enterprise personnel. It is the guide of implementation for information in future.

Abstract:Standardization of mechanical parts across enterprise and in large scope is benefit to promote the reuse degree of parts and improve the specialization and co-ordination of industrial production. In this paper, a user-group requirements based approach for standardization of part is proposed. The main idea of the approach is to collect, statistic and analyze the users’ requirements of mechanical parts through the web-based parts library and then construct the evaluation index system to instead the traditional parts spectrum analysis which used in GT (Group Technology). The key steps and methods are discussed and the application case is introduced for verifying the proposed approach.

Abstract:The current status of commercial software, which realizes data preprocessing in enterprise is presented first, and two kinds of data preprocessing arithmetic, are put forth. Faced with a steam turbine factory, we expound the actual problems, difficulties and adopted corresponding measures during handling with millions of data accumulated in the past 30 years in this factory. At last, the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of arithmetic are analyzed, whose running and application in the corresponding computer systems are illustrated.
A Planning Method of Technical Standard Revision for Renewable Energy Generation Integration to Power Grids

Abstract:Perfecting technical standards for renewable energy generation integration to a power grid and improving the planning of standard development and revision, can not only provide power grid companies with technical support for secure dispatching as well as avoiding abandonment of wind and solar energy generation, but also assist decision-making for grid companies to actively participate in the development and revision of technical standards concerning renewable energy generation integration. Given this background, this paper proposes a planning method for developing and revising technical standards for renewable energy generation integration into the power grid based on the well-established analytic hierarchy process (AHP). First, the missing standards are identified by establishing a framework of the standard system. Then, an AHP model is presented, and domain experts are invited to conduct group decision-making and scoring. Comparison matrices are constructed and consistency tests are carried out to determine the weight of each criterion as well as the score of each candidate standard. Next, the score of each candidate and annual revision capability are comprehensively considered, and the annual plan and roadmap of standard revision are formulated. Finally, an example is employed to demonstrate the proposed method.

Abstract:The lack of standard’s support to energy efficiency benchmarking leads to non-standard content, procedure and management of energy efficiency benchmarking, which affects the benchmarking performance of the enterprise.
