Abstract:The requirement,development and trend of green manufacturing assessment theory and technology is summarized,and the green manufacture definition is expanded.Based on the analysis for the theoretical essence of different green manufacturing assessment theories,three dominant theory systems are generalized clearly.As for methodology,the applicability,advantages and disadvantages of different assessment methods are discussed,Some software tools are introduced and the comparison among them is given too.We also present an example of industrial field application,put forward some open questions and some possible solutions.

Abstract:At first, this paper reviewed the background and literature of green manufacturing, Then this paper discussed the basic connotation of green manufacturing though comparative research. By comparing Green manufacturing with other manufacturing modes in the in the organization, the core support technologies, the environment and so on, the basic characters of technologies and organization of green manufacturing were discovered and described. After analyzed the dilemma of the green manufacturing implementation, a dynamical modal of green manufacturing system was built. Abstract:Abstract With the development of science and technology, automation is increasingly used in industrial production, which has greatly improved production efficiency. Based on this, this article studies the application and development trend of automation in mechanical manufacturing. First of all, automation was summarized, its concept, basic characteristics and development status were introduced, and then the application of automation technology in machinery manufacturing was analyzed, including application principles and practical applications. Next, we explained the development trend of automation in the field of machinery manufacturing, and then several problems in the current development were explained, and finally we put forward corresponding suggestions based on the above analysis. The application of automation technology has great advantages in cost control and improving the core competitiveness of the market. To ensure its long-term development, we must attach importance to the introduction of new technologies and the optimization of production quality.

Abstract:Nowadays, issues on population, environment and resource have become the world’s attentive focus. Sustainable development has been widely accepted around the world. As one of the biggest waste generator and resources consumer, manufacturing industry is facing more challenges as well as opportunities. In order to reduce both resource consuming and waste discharging effectively, traditionally manufacturing mode should be improved. Newly emerged creative technologies and strategies, including green design, green manufacturing and cleaner production, are regarded as the radical resolvent for current environment and resource issues and they will be the only way in the future that manufacturing will evolve. In this paper, a serial of research on green design/manufacturing and cleaner product theoretically and practically was presented. These creative technology and strategy will give strong support to ‘green’ the whole electromechanical designing and manufacturing processes.
