Abstract:This paper discusses the concept, significance and main contents of green technology in mechanical industry, and points out that green technology is the direction of mechanical industry, and is necessary for sustainable development. But green technology is still at its forming and developing stage, and there are many difficulties and questions in its practice and popularization. So, this paper appeals to a few departments and enterprises not to pursue economic benefit only or have short-sight, but to take effective measures and play a role in green revolution.
