Abstract:Revenue of Qing Dynastys includes land tax,salt classes,customs duties,miscellaneous Fu,contributing money,and to serve.Expenditure was divided into the royal family funds,official\'s salary,soldier\'s pay,coaching inns,Examination Hall School,river's pay.In Daoguang period,the land tax was still the most important and stable financial income,which showed that,even at this time China had begun moving to the modern society,the basic pattern of fiscal revenue had not changed.In generally speaking,the budget had not yet come to the brink of collapse.From this point of view,"Daoguang Depression" seemed questionable and it could be summarized as "having quantitative but not qualitative change" of the transitional financial.
