Abstract:The fundamental purpose of national education investment is to train the talent,which could meet the need of national development.The one of the effective ways of talent training is opening large-scale instruments and equipment to undergraduates.In order to achieve the purpose of training talent,the position of large-scale instruments and equipment must be recognized,and traditional ideas to take feasible opening means should be broken with.
