Some thoughts on breaking through "Bottleneck period" of opening and sharing of instruments and equipment

Abstract:Beij ing Institute of Technology has made some achievements in promoting the opening and sharing of instruments and equipment,but such sharing is in the"Bottleneck period".If the "Bottleneck period "can't be broken through,the sustainable development can't be achieved in such sharing.To change this situation,the management measures such as improving the "Marginal effect"of the open policy, strengthening the construction of the experimental technical team,setting up the experimental platform,etc.,are taken in order to enhance the vitality and power of the opening of the instruments and equipment,and promote the opening of the instruments and equipment into the "Virtuous circle".
