Abstract:An important issue faced by device management in today's colleges is to implement open sharing of largescale equipment management,and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of these equipment. This paper has studied the management of large-scale equipment from four aspects which involve overall planning and construction norms,strengthen the technical team building and management experiment,the implementation of paid use and foster consumer market for a series of problems include university resources for large equipment supply and demand imbalance,lack of a sound experimental technical team and operation and management mechanism ring true. Additional,the paper has made a point that only close connection with market demand,optimizing the allocation of resources of large equipment,supporting the establishment of stable experimental team,giving full play to the dynamic role of laboratory personnel,carrying out the implementation of paid use and expanding user groups,it is can establish service and protect using of large equipment in a virtuous circle,to give better serves for the teaching and research.

Abstract:To facilitate instrument management at university, we propose an instrument management system in this paper. This new type of equipment management is expected to replace traditional management methods. Although at university the degree of computer information is rather high, the current instrument management methods are very outdated. Even in some universities, related personnel still adopt very primitive method to manage the teaching equipment. However, with experiment science developing and more and more focus on instrument utilization in the teaching process, the amount of teaching instrument grows exponentially, which imposes a new challenge to the traditional methods of teaching instrument. To cope with this problem, we first conduct some research on this problem. Then, based on this research, an online teaching instrument system is implemented, which nearly covers all the needs of the system requirement.

Abstract:The main problems in the management of large-scale instrument sharing platform are analyzed. Combined with the development of current information technology, the role of information resources in the management of large-scale instrument sharing platform is discussed. Through the construction of the website, the introduction of the Internet of Things management system, the use of virtual simulation teaching resources, etc., the problems arising in the management of the current large-scale instrument sharing platform are solved, and the results of the new management model are investigated and analyzed. The results show that the utilization of information resources has improved the management efficiency of large-scale instrument sharing platforms and has been recognized by teachers and students.

Abstract:With the national financial support of purchasing large-scale instruments,management and improving the use efficiency are becoming important issues for the key laboratories in universities.Aiming at practical problems and combining practice of provincial key laboratory in authors'university,we bring forward useful full-open laboratory management strategies on improving the large-scale instruments' utilization rate from several aspects which include regulation construction of the laboratory,usage of Website platform,equipment maintenance and enhancing abilities of laboratory technician.It focuses on the important roles of several aspects that include labs' access qualification,equipment operation assessment,monitoring the status of large instruments and using the reservation of Web platform in constructing our laboratory management system.These discussions will provide some significant references for improving utilization rate of the university's large apparatus.

Abstract:This paper describes the economic and social benefits of opening large-scale instruments for undergraduates,analyses the constraints during opening and then provides the solution.This paper also describes the specific implementation method of training undergraduates to operate large-scale instruments which is further explained by an example.From this work,the conclusion can be drawn that the opening large-scale instruments for undergraduates are feasible and it can be used to cultivate talents,even if the large-scale instruments are always considered to only serve scientific research.

Abstract:Four superficial phenomena and four deep causes of low sharing usage rate of valuable instrument and equipment in university were analyzed in this paper. Some useful attempts of improving sharing usage rate of valuable instrument and equipment were made in the aspects of perfecting management measures for management framework and personnel arrangements,and establishing technical guarantee measures for authorized usage platform to separate user and administrator,etc. Finally,four guarantee measures that would provide guidance for forming a long-term mechanism, were concluded.
