Abstract:Large scale instruments and equipment provide an important material basis for teaching, scientific research and personnel training in colleges and universities.To promote the opening and sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment and improve the use efficiency is the focus of the current management of large-scale instruments and equipment.Based on the actual work and the investigation inside and outside the school, this paper analyzes the current situation and influencing factors that restrict the use efficiency of large-scale instruments and equipment, constructs an open sharing system for large-scale instruments and equipment, and conducts practical exploration from seven aspects, including management mechanism, system construction, platform construction, innovation research, sharing incentive, supervision and management, and performance evaluation, and Takes the A+ discipline of plant protection as an example, we built a professional technical platform for instruments and equipment to manage instruments and equipment by category, effectively improve the use efficiency and management level of large-scale instruments and equipment, promote high-level scientific research, and accelerate the construction of first-class disciplines.
