Abstract:In the structure of the title salt, C6H9N2+ center dot C7H6NO2-, the 4-aminobenzoate anions are linked to adjacent anions and 2-amino-4-methylpyridinium cations via N - H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds, forming a three-dimensional supramolecular structure. The crystal structure also shows a weak C - H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bond between adjacent anions. Within the 4-aminobenzoate anion, the carboxylate group is twisted by 14.0 (4)degrees with respect to the benzene ring.

Abstract:In the crystal of the title compound, 2C(9)H(8)NO(+).C4H2-Br2O42-. 2C(4)H(4)Br(2)O(4), the dibromosuccinate dianion and dibromosuccinic acid molecules each lie on an inversion center. They interact via hydrogen bonding. The hydroxy-quinolinium cations are hydrogen bonded to both the dibromosuccinate anion and dibromosuccinic acid molecules. The overlapped arrangement and short face-to-face distance of 3.431 ( 17) Angstrom indicate the existence of pi-pi stacking between hydroxyquinolinium rings in the crystal structure.

Abstract:The crystal structure of the title compound, C6H8N4S22+.-2C(6)H(7)N(4)S(2)(+.)4C(7)H(4)NO(4)(-), comprises diprotonated diaminobithiazole (DABT) dications located on inversion centers, monoprotonated DABT cations and nitrobenzoate anions. The relatively short C - N( amino) bond distances, ranging from 1.310 (2) to 1.350 (2) angstrom, indicate electron delocalization between the amino groups and thiazole rings. Intermolecular N - H (...) O and N - H (...) N hydrogen bonds stabilize the crystal packing.

Abstract:In the title structure, C25H24FN3O5, a strong intramolecular O-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bond is present between the carboxy group at the 3-position and the carbonyl group at the 4-position. In the crystal, molecules are held together by weak C-H center dot center dot center dot O, C-H center dot center dot center dot F and pi-pi [centroid-centroid distance 3.6080 (8) angstrom] interactions. The 1,4-dihydroquinoline ring and cyclopropyl group are not in the same plane, making an interplanar angle of 57.52 (8)degrees.

Abstract:The title compound 7-acetamido-5-chloro-8-(p-methyloxybenzenesulfonyloxy)-2-styrylquinoline 4 (C26H21ClN2O5S, M-r = 508.96) has been synthesized and characterized by H-1-NMR, IR, ESI-MS and single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic, space group Pca2(1), with a 7.920(3), b = 10.672(5), c = 28.008(12) angstrom, V = 2367.3(17) angstrom(3), Z = 4, D-c = 1.425 g/cm(3), mu = 0.290 mm(-1), F(000) = 1056, R = 0.0323 and wR = 0.0692 for 3895 unique reflections with 3127 observed ones (I > 2 sigma(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that the styrylquinoline subunit adopts a coplanar conformation, where the benzene ring and quinoline are in trans configuration.
