Abstract:The title compound, C14H16FN5O3, was synthesized and the structure was investigated by X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 7.9062(9)A, b = 10.4189(12)A, c = 10.5347(12)A, α = 62.983(2)°, β = 70.570(2)°, γ = 76.828(3)°, V = 726.01(14)A3, Z = 2, R = 0.0494. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular N-H…O hydrogen bonds and a π-π stacking interaction between the quinolone rings.

Abstract:The title compound, C(12)H(10)N(2)O, is approximately planar. The angle between the quinoline and 4,5-dihydro-oxazole ring systems is 11.91 (12)°. The mol-ecules pack into a herringbone array with no significant π-π inter-actions. The dihydro-oxazole N and O atoms are disordered over two positions, with almost equal site occupancy factors.

Abstract:In the mol-ecule of the title compound, C(16)H(15)FN(2)O(2), the benzene rings are oriented at a dihedral angle of 88.61 (3)°. The five-membered ring adopts an envelope conformation. Intra-molecular C-H⋯N hydrogen bonds result in the formation of two planar five-membered rings. In the crystal structure, inter-molecular N-H⋯O and C-H⋯F hydrogen bonds link the mol-ecules, forming R(2) (2)(8) and R(2) (2)(18) ring motifs. Weak C-H⋯π inter-actions may further stabilize the structure.

Abstract:In the molecule of the title compound, C19H17ClN2O4, the quinoxaline ring system is planar [maximum deviation = 0.013 (3)angstrom] and oriented at a dihedral angle of 80.18 (3)degrees with respect to the benzene ring. In the crystal structure, intermolecular C-H center dot center dot center dot N interactions link molecules into chains. pi-pi contacts between the quinoxaline systems [centroid-centroid distance = 3.654 (1) angstrom] may further stabilize the structure.

Abstract:The title compound, C(24)H(22)N(2)O(2), was prepared by condensation of 1,2-bis-(4-ethoxy-phen-yl)ethane-1,2-dione and 1,2-diamino-benzene. The asymmetric unit contains one half-mol-ecule, close to a twofold axis. The plane of the quinoxaline ring is twisted with respect to the planes of the two ethoxy-phenyl ring systems, exhibiting dihedral angles of 39.95 (9)°. The crystal packing is dominated by weak C-H⋯π inter-actions. No classical hydrogen bonds or stacking inter-actions are observed.

Abstract:In the title isoquinolinedione derivative, C(16)H(16)N(2)O(3)S, the piperidine ring in the tetrahydroisoquinoline ring system adopts a distorted envelope conformation. The thiazole ring is essentially planar [maximum deviation = 0.004 (1) angstrom] and is inclined at a dihedral angle of 31.08 (3)degrees with respect to the mean plane through the tetrahydroisoquinoline ring system. In the crystal structure, intermolecular O-H center dot center dot center dot O and C-H center dot center dot center dot O interactions link adjacent molecules into a three-dimensional extended network. The crystal structure is further stabilized by weak C-H center dot center dot center dot pi interactions.
