Analysis on the position distribution of the personnel in health inspection agencies nationwide

Abstract:Objective To obtain the data of the post distribution with human resources in health inspection agencies,and provide basis for exploring human-post matching conditions.Method Census was used to obtain the data of health inspection agencies and staffs,SPSS 16.0 was utilized to analyze data.Result(1)The majority of health inspectors work in the executive department(69.34%),while 26.31% of them work at comprehensive supervision.(2)Inspectors in the integrated service department had higher education level,among them,44.99% graduated from college and 44.82% with degree.(3)There are differences in the major distribution among the four position categories.Conclusion(1)The allocation proportion of inspectors to positions is basically reasonable.(2)The education level,major structure of inspectors generally meet the needs of different posts.
