Analysis on the position alterations and the influencing factors in health inspection agencies

Abstract:Objective: To understand the status and the influencing factors of job changing in China's health supervision agencies.Methods: Stratified cluster sampling was used to select sample,SPSS13.0 software was applied to analyze the status and the influencing factors of job changing in sampled health supervision agencies.Results: Comprehensive quality differs in different ways;the changing is related to department and region,and independent to age,academic grades and professional titles.Conclusions: The internal staff position changing should consider the characteristics of departments and the level of health inspection agencies.
