Determination of macroporous resin residues in Ainsliaea fragransextract by headspace GC

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for detecting the residues of macroporous resin in Ainsliaea fragrans extract.Methods Headspace GC with Supelco-Wax column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm) was used to determine residues in Ainsliaea fragrans extract.The solvent medium was 50% N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF) and the detector was FID;The injector temperature was 210 ℃,the detector temperature was 230 ℃,and carrier gas was high-purity nitrogen.The column temperature was changed according to the program:initial temperature was kept at 70 ℃ for 8 min,then raised to 220 ℃ at the rate of 10 ℃·min-1,and maintained for 7 min.Results There was a good linearity in the experimental concentration range(r=0.996 5-0.999 9),and relative standard derivations(RSD) of precision were in the range of 0.54%-9.31%.Conclusion The method is simple,quick and accurate.It can be used for the determination of macro-porous resin residues in Ainsliaea fragrans extract.
