Abstract:Object Evaluate the improvement of lab testing ability through 3-year construction of disease prevention and control system.Method National system sampling survey was employed to get necessary data. General statistic method was employed to compare indicator between different years and areas. Result The lab testing ability has improved a lot since 2002: testing ability has increased by 4.3% at provincial level, while 6.6% at city and 4.9% at county level, but it will take a long way to go to reach the standard. Research shows that provincial institution achieve 78.0% of standard; city 58.3%; county merely 52.6%. There was disequilibrium among different areas, western area only achieves 43.3% of the standard.
