Abstract:Monitor module of vehicle CAN bus and LIN bus based on USB technology is introduced. With PIC MCU, MCP2510 CAN controller and software implemented LIN protocol, this module can communicate with notebook PC through USB interface. Its real-time performance has been approved by road test.

Abstract:Data acquisition module based on PIC16F877 microcontroller and MCP2510 CAN controller is designed to test and monitor the vehicle CAN and LIN bus activities.The module is used to transmit the data from vehicle CAN bus and LIN bus to the PC serial port through data buffer,and the data is accepted by the VI software.Failure in serial port communication has been analyzed and the improving method has been given which can solve the mentioned problem successfully and can be an applicable method to other serial port device.

Abstract:With the extensive using of local interconnect network(LIN) bus protocol in automotive network,the developing of the LIN bus analyzer is impatiently desired.A LIN bus data analyzer in software and hardware,in virtue of system on chip PSoC CY929466 and Wireless technologies was presented.Through the strictly test,this system works stably and robust.This project also shows the convenience of wireless technology and low cost,the flexibility of PSoC technology.

Abstract:Based on CAN bus technology and SAE J1939 protocol, a module design for vehicle information acquisition and diagnosis based on Cortex-M3 core microcontroller is presented. The packet and content format of SAE J1939 protocol, and the design of hardware and software are described in detail, in addition the links needing to be noted in the design are pointed out. By reading and processing CAN bus and sensor's data, the module can provide the data about vehicle conditions reliably. Furthermore, it can be integrated in other vehicle products such as vehicle multimedia system and virtual digital meters.

Abstract:Based on the distributed control system(DCS)technology,a multiply boards and multiply single-chip microcomputer voltage monitor system was brought out.USB bus technology and the LabVIEW language were closely integrated by virtual COM technology.The overall design of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)voltage monitor system based on USB was given,the critical components which impacted on system performance were introduced,such as the microprocessor,A/D converter controller and the interface converter chip.

Abstract:In order to solve the logic structure which is getting more and more complicated in the industry control system, based on the network monitor system, using the embedded Linux operation system, put forward a comparably complete resolve method of the design and implement based on the network bus controller. Using the RS-232 and CAN controller bus to communicate with the I/O node, and implementing the real-time monitor of the underlayer, the main console can directly connect into the Internet with the network function of the embedded system, passing the information of the system trouble to the main console, implementing the long -distance diagnosis. This system runs stably during the test and the network delay is less than 100ms, this system has the potential application value after being extended.

Abstract:A car body control network for seat and rearmirror is constructed based on LIN bus,and the control of seat and rear-mirror with memory function is realized.Based on this,the functions of low power consumption and fault-self-diagnosis are also designed for the system,so the cost is reduced,providing a good solution for practical application.

Abstract:The design of a vehicle control unit for a parallel hybrid electric vehicle based on CAN bus is presented,including the modularized design of hardware,the design of lower layer driver and the applications of CAN bus.The results of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation show that the control unit has powerful function and reliable performance and can accurately fulfill the function of complete vehicle control for a parallel hybrid electric vehicle.

Abstract:To solve the deficiency existing in the original on-board measurement system of a test vehicle,a new on-board measurement system is presented based on CAN bus.By analyzing the existing CAN bus application level protocol of the test vehicle,CAN bus application level protocol of a new on-board measurement system is obtained from test,and relevant interface circuit is implemented.The designed measurement system fully utilizes the existing CAN bus signal of the test vehicle and uses CANcardXL data acquisition card and CANoe software to realize in-phase data acquisition of the test vehicle and the exterior CAN bus.Validity of the new measurement system is proved by road test.

Abstract:The most basic functions of wiper test system for modern high-grade cars are to provide accurate measurement of swing times of the wipers and real-time control of LIN wiper motor. In this paper, the design of a wiper test system composed of Hall sensor, LIN bus and MCU has been developed based on the research on Hall sensor and LIN bus. In the system, MCU is used to collect information of the swing counting sensors and controls the LIN motor. USB bus is chosen to interconnect the embedded system and the computer and counting sensors are responsible for wiper swing counting. Tests and actual operation showed that the wiper test system proposed in this paper is feasible, which offered automated wiper test and ensured quality of wipers. The system is of high practical application value.

Abstract:The hardware and software design of the controller area network(CAN) bus for diesel hybrid(electric) vehicle were presented based on both the protocols CAN2.0B and J1939.This paper analyzed the design methods of CAN communication of routine for improving response time.These methods include buffer time-sharing,time-sharing transmit and receive and priority assignment.The self test of signal control module using USBCAN card,and the hardware in the loop test and bench test with multi-control module show that the maximum load rate of the whole hybrid powertrain system is 28%,which is in accord with the requirement of the hybrid electric bus.The quality of communication is reliable.

Abstract:In order to meet the special needs of pure electric bus data monitoring,this paper presents the architecture and implementation of a remote video surveillance terminal based on TMS320DM365.We design the overall architecture of the system,the schematic diagram and PCB.Besides,transplant the operating system.In the process of system software development,we modify V4L2and ALSA drivers,transplant CAN bus driver.The application calls APIs to complete the audio,video,and CAN bus data acquisition.The terminal uses H.264algorithm and AAC algorithm to compress data,then sent the information to server via 3Gnetwork.We conduct a practical trial,the results prove that the system can achieve better real-time performance and reliability,satisfy the needs in practical application.

Abstract:MCU AT89C52,USB controller,PDIUSBD12 and stand-alone CAN controller SJA1000 are choose to design the information collecting circuit and CAN-USB adapter.Many methods,such as photocoupler isolation,hardware filter,slope control mode are adoped to ensure the stability of the hardware system.The CAN-USB adapter makes good use of the advantage of the CAN and the USB to realize the long distance transfering,which is a stable and high speed communication system.Based on the hardware platform,the following designs are completed,including the CAN node communication,the firmware of the CAN-USB adapter,the PC host driver program and the application program,then the communication of the CAN node can be realized.

Abstract:The central processor is 16-bit ARM71DMI kernel-based RISC MCU which applies separated address and data bus,while CAN controller has multiplex address and data bus through the address locking signal ALE.The voltage level of ARM is 3.3 V while the CAN controller is 5 V.In order to carry out transparent link,a programmable technique that converts the time-sequence of the data and control signal between MCU and CAN controllers is performed through a piece of CPLD chip is proposed.Redundant methods of CAN bus and the CANaerospace protocol is discussed in the paper.
