Abstract:Effect of different complexing agent on the properties of ZnS thin films for solar cell prepared by chemical bath deposition was studied.The results indicateed that ZnS thin films cannot be formed using EDTA as the complexing agent,for its stronger ability complexing Zn ion ZnS thin films were prepared using hydrazine or sodium citrate as the complexing agent.It also can be concluded that ZnS thin films are suitable for intermediate layer of GIGS solar cell using sodium citrate as the complexing agent with agitation.The properties of ZnS thin films were investigated by FE—SEM、XRD、UV—Vis spectra etc.
