Abstract:This review paper covers several quality of service (QoS) models provided by Internet including IntServ, DiffServ and MPLS. It analyses the architecture and technological characteristics of each model. After an introduction of each model, this paper summarizes what QoS requests they can fulfill and how they implement these requests. It also describes the support of multicast in QoS models in brief. Based on these analytical studies, this paper proposes a total architecture of top-to-bottom, end-to-end QoS model, which takes full advantage of the virtues of the models described beforehand. This model has two prominent points: End-to-End QoS guarantee and flexible extensibility, which represent the trend for the future research of QoS.

Abstract:After the discussion of field research scientific significance,the system quality of service(QoS),reputation mechanisms and reputation incentive were reviewed respectively.Finally,the issue remains in this area were summarized after the overseas research review.After years of study,it has been some progress in the field of E-services reputation mechanism,the problem forced to be resolved are inconsistent definitions of trust,lack of feedback incentive,poor security of trust model,high complexity of trust model to achieve.Therefore,problems such as peer-to-peer(P2P) E-services QoS evaluation model,two-way trust model integrated with QoS and reputation incentives,trust model security,are becoming the focus and main direction of our future work.

Abstract:This article introduces the requirement of multimedia communication over networks in detail.As the Internet increasingly growth and the rapid transformation of the Internet into a commercial infrastructure,demands for service quality have rapidly developed.The Quality of Service (QoS) can hardly be guaranteed and the traditional IP network becomes the bottleneck,which hinders the further development of network.Therefore,IETF has developed three models to achieve the QoS in IP network:InterServ,DiffServ and MPLS,the latter being the tendency of development.After particular discussion of these models,we point out the current issues and research trends.

Abstract:After detailed analysis of four IP QoS protocols under develop (RSVP, DiffServ, MPLS and SBM), it is found that , although each protocol can support QoS service in network, none of then can be solutions to end-to-end QoS in large scale network all by itself, Only the utilization of all four procotols can realize deterministic transmission of user traffic flow in WAN. From this on, an integrated architecture for end-to-end IP QoS service is given.

Abstract:IP QoS is the important bottleneck of Integrated Broad Band Network development, but the active IP QoS architecture can t satisfy the users requirements commendably. So, our research would be a new exploration about IP QoS architecture. Relying on current network condition and next generation network development demand, we researched a sort of Self-organizing IP QoS architecture based on network edge controlling and provided its routing realization algorithms. In this architecture, artificial intelligence will control the proportion of explorer packets ,chromosome packets and information packets, and provide effectively QoS for users. This architecture will overcome flow state keeping in the active mechanism and enhance network self-adapted and scalable through the users self-organizing behaving.This will accommodate the network development and application requirements much better.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of P2P hierarchical architecture,QoS evaluation model for overlay network layer and application layer were proposed combined with P2P file-sharing system applications,and the overall QoS evaluation model was further formed.The simulation analyzed how the factors impact on the QoS,including the joining and leaving of nodes,node capabilities and uploading strategy,node,cache size,and node caching strategies and other.In addition,the heat of the file was also an important factor to influence system QoS.

Abstract:Through analyzing the QoS architecture of IP networks and home network objectively, the paper proposes a policy based QoS architecture of IP home network. It converges data panel, control panel and management panel, seamlessly connecting with IP QoS system currently and supporting high quality voice and video service. With its adaption to the complex and heterogenous environment of home networks, the architecture is independent of other equipments. Abstract:This paper proposed a sort of self-organizing IP QoS architecture based on adaptive edge control (QAAC) and presented its routing realization algorithms (called DSQR). In QAAC architecture, active probe would cooperate with passive regulate and artificial intelligencewould control the proportion of probe packets, chromosome packets and information packets, in order to provide effective QoS for users. This architecture can enhance network adaptive and scalable through the users's adaptive and self-organizing behaving and QAAC will coexistence with traditional best effort services and architectures. The simulation results show that QAAC and DSQR are effective and applied to provide preferable service. Abstract:As a key technology for next-generation wireless networking, wireless mesh networks (WMNs) should support the quality of service (QoS) because of its capability of integrating with other networks and providing various services. In this paper, the state-of-the-art QoS research on WMNs is presented. By analyzing the current QoS architectures, the QoS architecture on WMNs is discussed. To address the QoS issues below network layer, the research of recent years on the power control, wireless environment awareness, MAC(medium access control) protocol based on QoS, QoS routing, cross-layer design for QoS and other aspects is comprehensively summarized and deeply analyzed. At the end of this paper, future work of QoS on WMNs is proposed.
